Sunset Condo @ Villas Mayaluum

Upon arrival we found out that there is no office here but quickly found our key inside our apartment. The location is across the street from the ocean and you can get in the beautiful water and swim or snorkel. Villas Mayaluum has a great that pool we utilized when not in the ocean. The apartment was clean and spacious giving the three of us separate bedrooms each with individual AC units so everyone could sleep at their own desired temp. The main area also had central AC. We had Unit 11 with a balcony facing the ocean off the livingroom and another ocean facing balcony off of the bedroom of the 3rd floor penthouse. The unit had a washer and dryer but the washer needs to be replaced with one that works. This unit had three full bathrooms but one of the showers did not have enough water pressure to shower. The location is too far from town to walk to but there are spots local to the Villas for meals and supplies. We had a car so we could go wherever. Gated parking is onsite with a key code. A few of the other units had people actually living in them so you must be able to get a yearly lease as well as weekly rental which we did. I would definitely stay here again and again.
