The hotel rooms are not so bad but the buffet food is really terrible. In the Italian restaurant the food is quite good, but it is an impossible mission to get a table, either it is closed or they only serve a few people.

The service was good, if you had no problems. But if you encountered a problem with the resort, they tell you to contact your travel agent. They are unwilling to help resolve your issues. Plus you are stocked by the resort time share people trying to get you to do a 90 minute tour. The food was unidentifiable, I would recommend sticking with things that you know what you are eating. Because they said they were out of chicken and beef, but the menu sign claims that it's chicken and beef? That was very confusing and I wasn't going to eat it! And my brother said it tasted like turkey lol 😆 yeah not me, I ate beans, rice and fruit 😋

100% naturaleza, todo está muy cerca y la atención es muy buena.

Atendimento atencioso e sempre dispostos a ajudar, chama táxi, levam as malas.. Quarto e banheiro grandes, chuveiro bom com temperatura da água boa.. cama boa também porém no quarto que escolhemos era de casal (poderia ser queen pelo menos).. Concedem toalhas para piscina e praia do hotel, podendo levar também nos passeios, apenas registrar na recepção. A prainha do hotel é linda, legal para fazer snorkel na água cristalina, vários peixinhos.. bar próximo da piscina faz hamburguer, tacos e outras coisas se sentir fome a tarde.. por do sol da piscina e prainha é lindo!! Não precisa fazer reserva nos restaurantes, mas eles fazem uma lista de espera no dia. Restaurante de Frutos do Mar estava funcionando somente para almoço. A comida dos restaurantes era ok.. não fornecem Transfer para o ferry.. taxi do ferry custa cerca de 100 pesos em 2022.

Sitting area in lobby welcoming and beautiful. Bars have a fun atmosphere. Entertainment was good when it was offered at outdoor stage. Indoors too hard to see, really need an elevated stage. Rooms very nice no complaints. I was excited to try the variety of restaurants advertised at this hotel, but every night in our group it seems that food was subpar. Food was cold or undercooked and if you did order a second meal to be delivered it took 30 minutes. I would not say that the restaurant experience was very good at all. Serving cold food to guests is really displeasing I would not want to return as some of our friends got sick. Inconsistent restaurant quality with food is a big concern it's not about the menu but the food temperature. No one seemed to care when you sent food back because it was cold and bloody in the middle still. Food is my biggest complaint as it is a large part of choosing the all inclusive plan. Even a menu change will not change how the food is being sent out of the kitchen Cold! Cobblestone walkway through the complex is not handicap, cane or wheelchair or high heel friendly. No menu at snack bar so you have figure out what is available. Advertised chicken wings and fries at the snack bar but none available anywhere. No ******* VIP extras were honored the front desk acted like they didn't know what you were talking about as far as upgrades. Hot tubs are not heated very cold, very disappointed in everything but the snorkeling and the sunshine!

The food was really bad poor quality . They neef to upgrade the food and if that means upgrading the price of the hotel, go for it. I have never been in a Mexico and couldn’t brush my teeth with the water. I guess I’m used to a five star will never go back.

Been going here for a number of years. Every time seems they have cut back on something. I asked for an upgrade because of being ******* platinum and they would not give me one. It seems that being ******* VIP means nothing there. It was never mentioned about any other discounts at the hotel like advertised either!

Well to start off we were put in a room without hot water, when I say no hot water i mean no water coming out of the faucets... sink or shower.
Talking with other guess we discovered that it had been like this for 3 days but nobody told us at the reception...
The following day water was coming out of the faucets but was only somewhat warm. After a week, using only the hot faucet in the show it was barely hot.
Buffet: very small and not much variety.
Restaurants: Italian lasagna was cold like it was coming out of the fridge. All other had barely warm food.
We ended up eating out in town most of the meals

It was great for our family as it was enclosed and we could allow our kids to be independent. The wait time for the Italian restaurant was very long. The food at the Mexican restaurant wasn't very good.
