Rooms were lovely - very comfortable, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped for my four night stay. Loved the extra touches such as the honesty basket and bar, lovely tea and biscuits. And the option of using QR codes made everything so easy. Breakfast was amazing!!! Best ever - what a treat! Such a wonderful selection to choose from and very, very generous. I was spoilt for choice. Also enjoyed having the option of it being served to my room or having breakfast in the dining room. Hosts Mark and Andrea were super helpful and lovely. This place is an absolute gem and a must visit! I look forward to visiting again ... and again!

Best guest house we stayed in during our 5 day tour of the Isle of Wight. Andrea and mark have thought of everything you may need during your stay. Checkin and out was simple and very well communicated. Room spacious and clean. Delicious fresh breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect ... very much by design as this is one of the most technologically astute B&Bs I have ever been at. Perfectly maintained decor, efficient check-in and stay process, excellent breakfast. The place is a real stand-out!

Beautifully clean hotel with everything you could need provided. Breakfast was lovely (you have to be organised though as you need to provide your breakfast choices online the night before!). Nice guests lounge with drinks and snacks. Good experience.

Such a lovely place to stay, very comfy room, exceptionally clean and welcoming with a fab breakfast !!!!! Highly recommend, this was our second stay and it certainly won't be the last....Great location just minutes away walk from the town.......

Brilliant place. This is our second stay here. The breakfast is to die for :) Lovely rooms and this time around we got a king size room over looking the sea. Very clean place overall. Great for people doing a cycle tour. The place has a bike shed and it is very secure. Highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable, ideally located and professionally run. The automated system makes everything easy. As a Coeliac Vegan, I was very well catered for at breakfast. They even went to the trouble of buying in some gluten free vegan sausages in especially for my stay — which was very much appreciated. The choice of local jams and IOW tomatoes and ketchups was lovely also. Very quiet, comfortable beds and a good night’s sleep!

We had the most relaxing stay here. Our host were most welcoming and could not do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and spotless with an extremely comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent my husband can't stop complaining the chef. The location was ideal as everything we needed for our trip was within reach and easy access to various transportation means was accessible as we were not driving. I would not hesitate to stay here on my next visit to the isle and I would definitely recommend.
