Hôtel Barrière les Neiges Courchevel

We had the absolute best stay at Les neiges as always! Great location, fabulous ski in-ski out, amazing restaurants, nicest concierge and overall top notch service! They make you feel at home and always go above and beyond to please you. We will be back next winter!

There are not enough words to describe my stay in this incredible hotel where everyone knows your name and makes you feel so welcome and at home. I can say a lot about the beauty of the hotel, the amazing amenities, the ski in and ski out, the spa, the hot outdoor jacuzzi when it's snowing, the great food in the two restaurants, the attention to detail etc. But what I'd like to write about is the amazing staff they have assembled. I don't know where they found such people, but they should do all they can to keep them. I'm talking about the drivers who take you where you need to go, open the door for you and extend an arm when you get out to make sure you don't slip. I'm talking about the room service fellow who brought me breakfast and upon seeing that I had a cold asked me if I wanted tea with ginger and honey. Fifteen minutes later he knocks on my door with a tray of the delicious tea. I'm talking about Alain, the ever attentive concierge who will come to the dining room to look for you if you're running late for an event you have booked. He remembered things from my visit two years ago, which just shows the personal interest in the comfort of the guests. I have never experienced such service and attention anywhere. we can't wait to return next year and the year after that.
