Excessive waiting time for check-in:
We arrived at the hotel early but were informed that check-in was only at 3:00 PM. Upon returning at the designated time, our rooms were still not ready. The last room took over 30 minutes longer to be prepared, causing unnecessary delays.
Poor Cleaning Standards:
Upon entering my room, I was surprised to find a hotel staff member still inside with the door closed. When I asked if the room had been cleaned, he assured me it was. However, upon checking the bed, I immediately noticed dirty stains and requested a change of linen. I had to wait in the room for approximately 15 minutes until the issue was resolved.
Unexpectedly long wait for the lift: The lift was extremely slow—it took about 20 minutes to go from Level 8 to the Ground Floor.
Deposit held by the hotel: While waiting to check out at reception, I asked to settle the deposit, but the staff refused, insisting they would refund it later and urging me to leave. The deposit is still being held as of now.
