It has three bedrooms, 1 QN, 2 Fulls, w/ 1 twin loft bed (over one of the fulls). Whether you’re planning a cozy getaway for two or a fun-filled family getaway, we’ve got you covered! You will have your own patio, grill, and fire pit, where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy a lakeside barbecue, or wind down the night admiring the stars. Whether you’re into fishing, kayaking, or boating, there’s something for everyone. This property is located directly across from the boat launch, so bring your own boat, as each cottage has its own boat space on our expansive dock in the channel. Or enjoy the lake by swimming on our 2 sandy beaches or using some of our supplied Kayaks/Canoe. The cottage is located on a peninsula on Rose Lake. This property is not on the water but does have water views from the backyard patio area with just one row of houses separating you from the lake.Your group will have plenty of seating in the living room with a brand new sectional sofa. There is also a smart TV in the living room with Netflix access, or you are welcome to log in to your own personal apps for viewing. There is wifi access allowing internet connection throughout the house. We have a desk area that offers a workspace if you find yourself needing to take care of some business during your time away from home.The kitchen is fully stocked if you wish to cook yourselves a meal during your stay. If you prefer to take the night off, there is food delivery available from several restaurants in Coldwater. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the back patio in the morning and watch the lake come alive.Each bedroom offers a king bed with a brand new mattress ensuring you a restful night. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with Netflix access. The couch is large enough for extra group members to sleep for the night, or there is a blow up queen size mattress if needed. Window AC units are present in both bedrooms as well as the living room easily cooling down the house on those hot summer days.Outside on the back patio are several chairs offering a shaded seat under our large tree with water views. This cottage is on a quiet road that offers a sense of immediate relaxation when outside and gives you ample opportunity to take in the nature and wildlife sights. The public boat launch is just 5 minutes away.
