The hotel was good for the price. The same with the location and the breakfast, but the lady that was there on the 28th of May morning was very rude to the guests. She acted like she was suspicious and like she wanted to provoke the guests. Exactly the opposite of Ibis Style in Saint Mallo which I

Idéal pour un déplacement professionnel. Hotel fonctionnel, l'essentiel dont on a besoin pour une bonne nuit sans fioritures. Personnel agréable très professionnel. Petit déjeuner offrant un large choix de produits frais ou boulanger. Le tout pour un tarif très correct. Pas besoin de dépenser 200€ pour un Hotel celui-ci est parfait

Hotel déjà connu et c'est une des raisons que nous le reprenions en faisant une réservation en ligne le soir en dehors des heures ouvrables de l'accueil physique. Or en arrivant à 00h15 la borne fonctionnait mal et aucune possibilité de finaliser notre arrivée. Obligé de contacter le numéro d'urgence qui a du réveiller la gérante dont l'accueil nous a paru plutôt inadapté lorsqu'on reçoit un client. Nous lui avons bien démontré que c'était un problème informatique de la borne et non une mauvaise utilisation de notre part. Le ton est redevenu plus courtois par la suite lorsqu'on a parlé de relation client/prestataire de service. Mis à part ce contre temps nous recommandons cet hôtel en périphérie de Nantes et proche de la voie expresse.

Hôtel très pratique pour nos réunions familiales à Nantes. On se gare facile, c’est pratique d’accès, même tard le soir. La douche est chaude, le lit est bon, le breakfast sympa. Que demander de plus ? Un petit meuble pour poser la valise ou ranger les affaires ?

Après avoir réservé puis annuler, j'avais été très déçue de la qualité de la réception . Mais je reviens sur ma note. J'ai pu dialoguer avec une personne de l'établissement et nous avons trouver un accord. J'ai apprécier le professionnalisme et le côté humain de cet hôtel.

L’accueil très sympathique Le petit déjeuner était copieux La chambre avait été refaite à neuf donc rien à dire Nous y sommes resté deux nuits Aucun regret d’avoir choisir cet hôtel Petit bémol la Clim est très bruyante Si l’occasion se présente nous y retournerons

Séjour de quelques jours, accueil correct, grand parking très pratique, petit déjeuner suffisant et bon. Chambre propre malgré un petit détail énigmatique comme le scotch sur le bas de la porte en guise de réparation. Suffisant pour dormir, cela reste un hôtel Ibis… Rien d’extraordinaire.
