We found the location to be near where we needed to be and it was a good stay but they didn’t have a laundry room on site and their waffle machine was broken down when we went to breakfast in the morning. I’m sure they will fix it soon. The front desk was friendly and we slept well.

I have stayed here a few times and everything was great except one thing. There is a free breakfast buffet but actually anyone could walk in regardless if they are staying at the hotel, and take advantage of the free buffet, and they do. A lot of Hispanic men and homeless men. Other than that, it was great.

The rooms were large and comfortable. TV had HBO and many channels. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was average. The Italian restaurant was lovely and food was excellent.

Room is a little worn but nice and clean. Still has daily room keeping. Breakfast was included which I didn’t notice and it was alright as expected, Nothing more, nothing less. Has hot water running nicely. Front desk was friendly. Outside entrance to the room so you can park right in front of your room. Some might feel unsafe because of the layout but the area is really quiet, it’s not something to worry about. I’d definitely would come back here next time I’m in cottonwood

Free breakfast, but not great. Clean rooms. Goid value for the price paid compared to others in the area.

There was a ROTISSERIE CHICKEN in our microwave. None of the surfaces had been wiped down in some time, based on how much dust was on them, soap scum on the counter, it was gross. When I spoke with the desk clerk in the morning (we found the chicken in the morning), she was extremely apologetic, and asked me to email her the pics to forward to her manager. 3 days later, I still have not heard from a manager.
Additionally, the pool and hot tub are closed in the winter (we’d hoped for the hot tub), there is no elevator (I use a cane and we were on the second floor), there was a random stack of folded towels in the parking lot just laying on the ground, the pillows were uncomfortable, the sheets were stained (but had been washed, at least)…
The best things I can say are that the two people who checked us in and out were wonderful and it was quieter than I’d anticipated, given the exterior corridors. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Wish there would have been chairs or a bench outside of the cabins.

Everything was exceptional.... Room was lovely and clean, staff were helpful and kind, food in adjoining restaurant was fantastic....close to Sedona , Clarksdale and Jerome ....very well priced....highly recommend
