My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. While there are a few bright spots, several critical issues need to be addressed before I can recommend it to others. Negative Points Firstly, the pool bar's operational hours are inconvenient. It does not open until 11:00 a.m., despite guests being around the pool from 9:00 a.m. For those two hours, getting any drink is impossible unless you bring something from breakfast, which ends at 10:30 a.m. A poolside bar should cater to guests throughout the morning, enhancing their relaxation experience. The kids' entertainment area is another significant drawback. Located in the main bar, it runs until around 9:30 p.m., with loud kids' karaoke disrupting the atmosphere. While early evening activities are fine, it's frustrating when you're trying to enjoy a quiet drink after dinner. The entertainment staff seemed indifferent to the repeated requests from bar staff to lower the volume. Additionally, the main bar area becomes a chaotic playground for kids kicking footballs late at night, which is unacceptable for those seeking a peaceful environment. The situation is exacerbated by long queues at the bar, often with only one bartender on duty. It's also worth pointing out that all-inclusive ends at 11 pm prompt, something that was not made clear in the listing via the holiday company. Another issue is the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and pool areas. Tables are frequently cluttered with glasses, and there aren't enough staff members to clear them promptly. This problem extends to the pool seating area, detracting from the overall cleanliness and appeal. Dining at the hotel also comes with its frustrations. With the hotel at maximum capacity, guests are limited to two one-hour slots for dinner, leaving little time to relax and enjoy the meal. The hotel clearly struggles to manage its operations when fully booked, with understaffing being a persistent problem. Additionally, it's worth noting that there seems to be a refugee camp opposite the hotel. While this isn't a negative reflection on the hotel itself, it may influence some guests' perceptions and overall experience. Lastly, the Wi-Fi service is practically unusable. We had to rely on our mobile hotspots daily, which is unacceptable in today's connected world. Positive Points Despite these issues, the hotel does have some redeeming qualities. The restaurant is well-staffed, and the dishes and plates are cleared away promptly. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings are excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The rooms are exceptional, featuring a living room, kitchen, large bathroom, and bedroom. They are kept impeccably clean and offer a comfortable and spacious retreat. The main pool is a highlight, being heated and very warm, which many guests will appreciate. However, if you like to swim, it's important to note that the pool is constantly full of people and extremely shallow at one end, mak
