First floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with this distribution: Master bedroom: 150 cm bed (possibility of a crib), 40” television and separate bathroom. THE NEIGHBORHOOD Living next to the beach, without parking problems, you can usually park right at the door. Located between two marinas with their ferries that take you to the arrow of the break. In the area there are two golf courses: El Rompido Golf with 36 holes and Golf Nuevo Portil with 18 holes. 7 kilometers away is Cartaya with a wide range of shopping options: Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, etc. You can use intercity transport (bus) with a stop 200m from the house.
