We had a great time here enjoying a 4 night stay in early March. I think that some of the reviews come from people who complain about everything. The hotel needs a bit of tlc but for what we paid it was perfectly adequate. The food was lovely, the staff were great, the all-inclusive drinks and snacks were bang on. The pool was immaculate. The rooms were some of the biggest we have stayed at. The hotel boasts some stunning views, and the local volcanic rock beaches were amazing to see. The local area is a bit quiet which was great for a nice break, but if you want the more lively resort then hop on the 467 bus just outside the hotel. It will take you to Los Cristianos where you can walk to Playa Del Las Americas. One way was 6 euros for 4 adults. Definitely worth a visit ! The only downside to that bus trip was the fact that it was a 40 minute trip, although once we got caught in traffic and it was 70 minutes ! Also, you will get a seat on the way in, but there was almost no chance of a seat on the way back. If you don't mind standing then happy days !! All in all we had a great time..

Small reception area with the only comfy chairs in the hotel. Room 585 needs updating with cuboards screwed to keep from falling apart and old microwave that has seen better days and replaced from original position as you could not open the door. Beds were not too bad and only air conditioning was a room ceiling fan that never seemed to go very fast. Drink menu was ok but quality left a lot to be desired and had to pay for the cocktails. Food was ok but repetative with fish, chicken or pork with paella most nights but the soups were nice and changed each day. Children seemed to like the games and dance on the night with the same music each night with baby shark etc. Daytime animation team kept people happy with the limited events. Evening entertainment was the same each week with one singer and a flamenco show. Tv remote cost €20 deposit, safe €15 per week with €10 deposit for the key. Could not recomend this hotel

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful. Rooms are dated and in need of repairs bugs everywhere. Sun chairs by the pool were deformed and covered in dirt and the food is terrible and repetitive. The pool bar is also dirty.

We stayed for a week at this hotel 1st-8th April 2025,we arrived very late with only 1 member of staff on reception it was a slow process and he was very flustered and snappy.The hotel is very dated and we had 1 coat hangar each and the wardrobe was very hard to open and close and the balcony door but the room was clean.The ceiling fan was wedged with a tea spoon?? We had a firdge but no kettle to make tea,but we asked for a kettle and more coat hangers and the receptionist sorted it for us,she was lovely. The staff were all wonderful and the animation team were superb,the entertainment was amazing, and I loved the Flameco dancers.The food was often cold at breakfast but I always found something to eat. The tea and coffee self serve queue was awful so I just had water. The pool was lovely but people reserved sun beds and some were not used for over 5 hours.We used the hotel as a Base and went out and about on the local busses and explored the beautiful Island.

We have just returned from spending a week in this hotel,it was a budget break and that’s what we got.The hotel is very worn and dated we had a nice big room,the balcony door was hard to open and close and the bathroom door would not close but it was clean,we had no kettle,or hair dryer as told by on the beach.The wardrobe was hard to open and close and contained 1 hanger each,but the bed although very narrow was comfortable.The staff were amazing but the food was really poor often cold and the queue for teas and coffees was long and self served.We had a lot of fun going out and about on the local busses and ate out a lot as we went all inclusive which mainly covered drinks and breakfasts,the entertainment was a lot of fun and the staff were wonderful but I would not go back or recommend this hotel but it was ok for us.
