Hotel clean and staff helpful. Changed rooms after 1st night as we were above the bar and it was very noisy but no problem getting a room next day further down the complex staff were excellent. Food good tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms were basic but clean. Location of the hotel is good and within easy walking distance to shops etc

Beds very comfortable, rooms spacious, clean with everything you need, kettle and fridge. Friendly, helpful staff, food was nice, fresh fish, Mexican, stews, chicken, pork, beef, vegetable lasagna, salads, pasta and chips, spuds, there was something for everyone to eat, hotel spotless, shop and gift shop well stocked. €13 taxie from the airport each way.

Wonderful!!!! It’s the staff that makes this hotel!!!! From the management to the cleaning staff - they are all wonderful! We have stayed here many times now and love it! The rooms are comfortable and quiet - and you can even get a few English channels on the tv if you want a quieter night! The food has improved this year and was fresh and tasty! We loved the theme nights! The bar staff are quick to pick up usual orders and don’t even need to ask! The location is a little quiet but suits our needs - if there is more than 2 people then a taxi into Caletta is cheaper than a bus! €5.

ROOM Stayed in a recently refurbished room which I’ve posted pictures of mid-trip. Absolutely excellent, clean and well decorated. Only thing that could be improved would be a mirror in the bedroom area. FOOD Food choices are more limited than other higher rated hotels, however the food you get is fantastic. Always find something to eat, even for fussy eaters. I don’t recall ever needing to blow on food due to it being too hot from a buffet, but I did do that here! DRINKS We are seasoned professionals and like to take advantage of all inclusive alcohol offerings. We bought a plastic pint glass and a plastic wine glass with us which bar staff filled up without question. There is a “2 drink” limit, but that’s fairly standard and if you need to complain about that then you should have a word with yourself. ENTERTAINMENT The Animación team are delightful, they clearly work hard to make sure people are having a good time but there is also no pressure to join in. They always have time for a chat. Karaoke is great and the bar area at night really has a pub vibe which gave the hotel some character. During the day there is music playing round the pool which added to the atmosphere. SUMMARY I’ve stayed in 5* hotels and travelled all over the world. Do not pay attention to bad reviews , this hotel is unbelievably good value and delivers more than I expected for this price range and level. The onsite shop is really handy and not even expensive. I would return to this hotel without a doubt.

Pool deep everywhere and freezing cold but if you’re brave it’s great. Entertainment non existent. Drinks rubbish food okay. Spotlessly clean everywhere and staff friendly. Lovely shop on site and rooms spacious but sofas are very low. Had a lovely time despite my criticism

Booked a few nights away all inclusive, for a great price and to be honest, we were not expecting much going by the reviews. Very quick transfer from the airport, taxi was under €15, quickly checked in and went to our room. Premium with air con, no toiletries provided at all which was strange for a hotel and the only mirror was in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean and functional. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel just breakfast and lunch, honestly for the price I couldn’t fault the food. Quite a small selection but it was hot and tasty and the restaurant never felt overly busy. No problems getting sunbeds and pool bar opened at 10.30am, slight queues as only one staff member but moved quickly as they do enforce the 2 drink per person limit. A taxi in Caleta was under €5 and it was a lovely resort. Overall ignore the bad reviews and make your own mind up, we would definitely return.
