Из недостатков
- Мебель номере уже "уставшая".
- стаканы в баре на пляже после помывки не успевают высохнуть

We came here first time for one week, staff in restaurant very friendly, and professional especially Juan? (Not sure the name ) our little girl very like talk to him. Room always clean , housekeeper lady very nice. Reception staff also always happy to help. I would definitely come back here :)

Best deal so far this year. The staff, friendliness, professionalism, helpfulness. The food. The location The facilities all typical 4 star. Wait for the positive bit. The building is a little run down, bit for good reason. It's being all refurbished soon. When it is, it will be amazing inside and out. But right now, this is possibly the best value for money hotel in Fuerteventura. Everything (except for some pealing paint and missing tiles) is very typical 4 star, and very pleasant. Even for 4 star, I'd say it offers excellent quality. But at the moment you can get this amazing hotel (thanks to the food, staff and location) for an amazing price. If you want to pay 3 star, but get 4 star, this is the hotel for you. Get a bargain. Once it has been refurbished the price will probably double. And we'll still go back to it. It's that good. Thanks to everyone who works there for a great time.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were given a room that was in a deplorable state. The moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a foul odor. Inside, the room was filthy and infested with bugs. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. We immediately reported this to the receptionist, who was unhelpful and dismissive. After several hours of waiting at the reception, we were eventually moved to another room, only to find it in the same horrendous condition: full of bugs and dirt. The distress caused by this situation was overwhelming, particularly for my young children, aged 2 and 6. They were scared and crying, begging to go home. We were left with no choice but to leave the resort and find alternative accommodation on our own, which added to our stress and financial burden. I am attaching pictures and videos that clearly show the unsanitary conditions of the rooms and the distress of my children. Given the severity of these issues and the impact on our holiday, i will attach photos and videos Date of experience: 20 June 2024

I would not recommended this hotel. Rat in our room! Queues for drinks are ridiculous. Cocktails are the worst I've ever tasted. Coffee machines rarely work and not refilled. Very dated Hotel not worth the money. I would not stay here again. Not a 4* hotel.

Here at the moment place is beautiful, yes the hotel needs abit of tlc but it is a lovely hotel. Rooms are fine, beds comfortable and rooms cleaned everyday. Food is amazing different choices everyday and delicious. Drink options good. 3 big pools and beach just a short walk from main hotel. Evening entertainment has been great so far. Overall just a lovely area and very relaxing would definitely recommend.

Had to stay for one night after our flight was cancelled. Cheap beds and one pillow. No sleep whatsoever. I wouldn’t stay there if you paid me! Patio door wouldn’t lock. Someone from our flight also explained blood on the sheets and room full of bugs!

What can I say when I reached the hotel I was greeted by the lovely staff at reception who were quick at giving me my room key and pointing me in the right direction , I was also given a lovely food plate aswell which was really nice. I got to my room , not going to lie it is dated but it was very clean and did the job I had a lovely pool view. I woke up and went for breakfast I was gutted they didn’t have pancakes or churros but I asked the chef if we could have them and the day after for 2 weeks there was pancakes and churros with Nutella . The breakfast was lovely and lots of choice of fresh food, I then went to have a look around , wow the beach was throwing distance away with sun lounges , the pool was as clean and heated , the beach bar offered snacks And drinks and the pool bar offered drinks. Must say the food is a great range , the hotel is clean all the staff are really lovely and cannot do enough for you this is definitely a great sbh hotel , 1 point there is no kettle in the room if you need a coffee as soon as you wake up. The entertainment staff are great and get everyone involved , but all in all I want to thank each and every member of staff for all the hard work you put it you guys make this hotel work and thanks to the head chef from one chef to another , definitely come back to see you all again.

A beachfront complex with plenty for everyone, large pools, great food and suits couples, families. It was a last minute booking with an all inclusive option, very well worth it. Spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke a number of language’s.
