Our room on the 7th floor with gorgeous views perfect for us. Bathroom was just fine especially the walkin shower. Beds comfy and clean. Maid was so lovely and kind to us. Changed towels and clean room every day chocolates on our pillows. English channels. Restaurant beautiful amazing chefs&staff they work so hard. The amount of choice you can always find something to enjoy and deserts each day are fabulous. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Drinks and cocktails. Adult area gorgeous at the pool.♡

Just back from an AMAZING 4 night break at this hotel. We booked with EasyJet holidays and everything from start to finish ran like clockwork, flights on time, transfers waiting for us etc, however the star of this show has to be the hotel, staff and food! On arrival, we had booked a sea view room, we were offered the chance to upgrade to a suite by the very helpful and pleasent receptio team, which we took. Exiting the lift the decor is a little dated but if you want to spend your holiday in the atrium then maybe this isnt the hotel for you ha! Once in the room we were VERY impressed, clean, spacious modern, comfy bed, immaculate bathroom but best of all, the suite had its own sun terrace, complete with sun umbrella, chairs and best of a all a large bucket sofa, the terrace looked over the pool area and out to sea, the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink in hand! Once settled it was time to explore, one thing that strikes you about this hotel is how clean it is, every area is spotless, especially the dining room. We were all inclusive and could not fault to food at all, lots to choose from, enough variety to try something different each night and very tasty indeed, staff in the dining room were amazing, always had a smile on their face and efficient in cleaning away your plates. In fact it was so good ive had to sign up to slimmers world on my return! The pool area is also very clean with lots of sunbeds to choose from, no problem it getting a bed, there is also a adult only area but we never used it as didnt feel the need to. And finally the entertainment team, WOW! the team are amazing, putting on activities throughout the day and also at night. There is no pressure to do anything, they just politily ask you if youd like to join in and if its a no, then they move on. Every single one of them clearly loves their jobs and it shows! They are happy, smiling and energetic, on our last night we were treated to show by the team which was a Mamma Mia/Grease show, and honestly, it wouldnt of looked out of place in the West End! what a show and what a holiday, we will be back!

Before visiting Las Dalias we were unsure on the mixed reviews however this hotel was very good. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who gave us a welcome drink and checked us in. Unfortunately we arrived late and the restaurant was closed however they did offer us a cold dinner due to our arrival time free of charge, we instead decided to walk down to the beach area which is only 10 minutes away to eat instead. Our room was a twin room the room was spotless and was of good size. We had a view over the front of the hotel and the car park which gave us a partial sea view. Despite looking over the car park I would stay this is the preferable side of the hotel to stay as the rest of the rooms overlook the pool and the entertainment area which can be loud especially in the evening if you are looking for an early night. We had to pay 3 euros a day for the use of the safety deposit box in our room which we did think could have been offered included in the room but this was not unreasonable. The room did have a mini fridge however this not get stocked during our stay which was disappointing, they do not provide bottles of water for the rooms but have water stations dotted around the levels with a refillable water jug in the room however this water was never really cold and it took an age to fill up as the water comes out so slowly. We only had one issue with our room which was the shower piping leaked which meant it spray everywhere so we just had to be a bit more careful. We had our room cleaned each day however the cleaning reduced its standard the closer to the end of our trip we got with the bins not being emptied and no toilet roll being replaced. The location of the hotel was really good very close to the beach and the bars/ restaurants along the sea front, very close to shops less than a couple of minutes away and was only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park. The pool area is clean and tidy and we never had any issues finding a lounger, however sometimes they can be slightly close together. The pool temperature was slightly on the cooler side however when you are really hot it can be quite refreshing. The only thing we found difficult is that the main pool is all one level and it is rather deep so mostly you can only touch the ground on tip toes. During our trip staff would bring around drinks to the pool side and ice cream which was a really nice extra touch. The drinks served at the bar are good and we were shocked to see that they use branded spirits. In the restaurant and pool area you can help yourself to beer, wines, soft drinks and water on tap which is not something we had seen before in a hotel. This was beneficial in the restaurant as the staff had more time to keep the tables clean and ready for the next dinners. The main restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always spotlessly clean. The food was of good variety. On the 4 nights we were there we ate in the restaurant for evening meal

Our second time here at the Las Dalias, so good the first we had to come back, and again we were not disappointed, everything was of a high standard, the entertainment team were so friendly thanks to Soy who made us laugh and enjoy every day, we will be back !!.

As always another fabulous trip to Las Dalias, great hotel. Food and drinks are great with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The staff are all lovely and nightly entertainments is great. Something for everyone at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a week at this hotel thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a room on the 8th floor over looking the car park not the best view but how often do you stay in the room. Yes the corridors are dated but who cares your not staying in the corridor. The staff were amazing always jolly generally there’s always someone that gets on your nerves but can honestly say they were all lovely. All staff work so hard they really made the holiday. Entertainment was varied and catered for all ages well done for getting it right. Drinks and food were spot on always find something to eat and drink. Never had a problem finding a sunbed. Don’t see why people complain about the hotel and mention the sunbeds this is the clientele’s fault not the hotel. The only complaint I’d say is they are packed in but if that’s what’s needed to accommodate everyone well so be it. Met some lovely people while staying here and obvious that many people return so they must be doing something good. Rooms were cleaned every day fresh towel and beds made. Prosecco left in room and towel made in a design with sweets left. Overall every member of staff excelled. In All expectation’s Would definitely return. Thanks las dahlias for the experience

Excellent facilities and staff at Las Dalias. The shows put on by the entertainment staff are always of a high standard. My wife and I always book the private adults only area and I highly recommend it if you’re not one for lying at the pool. Just one small negative, BBC and ITV channels are not available on the television now for some reason. Overall Las Dalias is an excellent hotel I’d highly recommend. Back again in October.

I went solo (as a 30 year old female) and loved every moment! The staff were welcome, friendly and enthusiastic. There was a great choice of cocktails, the orange juice wasn’t watered down, coffee available all day and the drinks were in a plastic (not paper) cup. The food was lovely and there was food available all day. The pool area was kept clean and tidy. I went as birthday treat (to have a little break from my littles ones!) and the adults only section was lovely. The main pool was perfect for sunbathing a land reading a book. The room was clean and tidy, with a great view from the balcony. The location was great, close by to the beaches and shops.
