Visited with a day pass - would definitely recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself with AI on a budget. It only cost €70 for the day, and included a good selection of premium drinks (including some cocktails), food, pool access and towels. Oscar from the Platinum Club was really helpful and made sure we knew where everything was at the start of the day. The food overall wasn’t amazing but you do get a special brunch with the day pass, where they give you loads of pastries, yogurts and other snacks. This was probably the best food we had during the day, and only seemed to be available to day pass guests. Lunch was okay, with some a la carte choices to choose from. We were told that lunch is 1-3pm but the staff started to clear away the buffet food from 2.45pm, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time for this. We wanted to leave it as late as possible as we were still full from brunch, so were disappointed that a lot of the food had been removed before we had chance to try it. The bar snacks aren’t great - there’s not much of a selection, just a few pizzas and sandwiches, and the pizzas in particular are of poor quality. They tasted like the cheapest frozen pizzas. Drinks were fantastic and the availability definitely sets Princess apart from other hotels offering a similar day pass. Some branded drinks are included, as well as about 10 cocktails e.g. margarita, Tom Collins, negroni, pina colada, tequila sunrise, blue lagoon. Other cocktails are charged at full price, which is a bit frustrating. The hotel and pools don’t need any further review - they are great. For anyone wondering about age groups and atmosphere - I’d say about 75% of the guests were over the age of 60. The atmosphere was very relaxed and chilled out, and it definitely seems like it caters to more of an older crowd. We’re in our early 30s, and noticed a few other groups our age. Maybe the demographic varies based on season? One thing that won’t vary - no screaming kids! Perfect :D Giving 5* overall as we were more interested in cocktails, relaxing and recharging. If you’re more of foodie you might be a bit disappointed by some of the food quality, but I’d say it’s definitely value for money if looking for a day pass in Costa Adeje.

This was our second visit and we are already booked up for the third. We stayed over the Xmas and new year period and attended both galas which were excellent and we look forward to this years. The staff are fantastic with lots of them going above and beyond to make for a great stay. We did have our favorites but to mention them I feel would be unfair on the others as they all do a great job. The food is lovely with lots of choice and the outside platinum area of an evening, making the dining experience all that more special. All the restaurants are ran very well with no queues for entry and you are seated almost immediately. Tomas especially in the platinum restaurant runs it with military style precision but with a very relaxed feel. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. For us the platinum upgrade is worth the extra money for the additional resturant and pool area which just mixes things up. We were all inclusive which is great for the convenience and the drinks and food are of a good standard and we didn’t venture outside of hotel much as we just wanted to relax for the two weeks which is what we did. My only issue which didn’t bother us much but might others was we’d upgraded to a basic junior suite this being one without a sea view and we ended up at the front of the hotel on the bottom floor opposite a noisy bar/resturant. We were given the option to move at a price but thought we’d paid enough already. When booking you can opt for a quiet room which we have for our next stay aswel as paid the extra for a sea view juniors suite. The sunbed booking system for me is great but lots of people arrived not knowing sunbeds had to be booked the day before and took beds already booked which did cause for some embarrassing moments. The pool lifeguards are very helpful. A great hotel and we are already counting the days down for our next visit. Thankyou.

We were recommended to your hotel & really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded to Platinum & had a nice junior suite with side sea view & a bath. The room was lovely but my only complaint is that the bath was far too big. Because there was only a hand rail on one side, it was almost impossible to get out, so after 2 goes, I didn’t bother with it again. We will definitely go back again as due to my disability in being able to walk too far, being situated on the beach where it is completely flat, was a perfect location for me. We have been coming to Tenerife for just over 20 years , but our first time staying in this hotel, & we would recommend this hotel for its location.

Checked in today and had the worst experience.. Had telephoned previously and asked for upgrage if available and also ensured we had twin beds.. Was told room would have a double room as the Spanish understanding of a Twin room is for Two people. Asked to change, but no staff availble until morning.. Room is very small and to make matters worse has the door missing on the toilet!.. Not acceptable at all... Sadly has spoilt the Christmas spirit in one go..

Hotel excellent, staff very friendly and always happy smiling, willing to help . We stayed in the platinum and found it very good , we used the roast rather than the platinum restaurant as we thought the atmosphere was a tad better but food in both restaurant was really top form . They did a great birthday night for my 60th which was much appreciated, entertainment was good at night , the only let down was the smokers around the pool area during the entertainment, I think there should be a smoking area for the guests who want to smoke during these times as the smell of stale smoke was a bit of annoying, other than that the hotel is a great place for an adults only holiday, highly recommend trip to la laguna for the day for a completely different view of the island. Overall I would rate this holiday 9/10

Stunning hotel in a great locations. Very clean in all areas and good food for all inclusive with the added restaurant included in our booking. The staff are incredibly helpful and explain everything to you! Would suit older couples as we were the youngest there (25). Would recommend to anyone travelling to Costa Adeje to stay here !
