Princess Inspire Tenerife - Adults Only

From the minute you arrive you can't help but be impressed. The staff are welcoming and friendly, they explain how the hotel works in terms of sunbeds and food halls. The rooms are outstanding, big and luxurious, it's the simple things like a fridge full of complimentary drinks and the safe, free to use that take it that step further. Wardrobes with internal lights activated when you open the doors are just another little unnecessary but great luxury. Then the main hotel, the pool is a good size so if you want to exercise, without going to the on site gym you can and because there are no children there's no messing around in there. There are bars on each level where you can soak up the sun and a good selection of bottled beers, spirits cocktails and soft drinks. There's a huge selection for breakfast and same again for lunches and dinners and each night is varied so it's not a rehash of the same things every night. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely go back

After arriving to a view of a wall and other guests looking in from breakfast restaurant had to wait almost 24 hours to move to another room finally unpacked my clothes which had been in the case for an extended period of time and were in desperate need of ironing I was informed by reception they have no facilities to iron my dresses and I have to pay to have them done via a laundry service. Definitely not the best first impression and would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel. Had much better experiences in hotels that are not as expensive !!

The staff here are all of a similar mind in that they wish you to have a wonderful time and from our experience they really do try. The Inspire Princess is not quite the perfect palace for all as there is a clear divide between those willing to pay more as Esencia guests and the rest! Even so the facilities are kept clean and tidy for all , the 3 pools , the areas for sunbathing, the bars but especially the food market restaurant and The One, Food is to a good standard with great breakfasts, from simple continental to full English , plenty of tea and coffee but got to say the drinks machine juices lack quality. Lunch has options of buffet or from a made to order menu whilst evening meals should meet everyone’s tastes, from salads, to grill cooking be it fish or steak, chicken etc or the main meat that could be , beef, pork, turkey with limited vegetables for choice. Although the Annex block of rooms are quite modern and comfortable and all with pool view they never get any sunshine morning, noon or evening and as a consequence those sun beds by the main pool area immediately infront of its shape are also devoid of sunshine! Entertainment came via the huge stage or beamed via the Lyon Bar for all to view, this stopped at 11pm but if you liked a disco this carried on till late Overall the hotel offers a good standard of accommodation, food and drinks that should make for a good holiday Tips: use the lift on level one to get to level 4 instead of climbing 52 steps; use the back gate to save walking around the hotel to better access the Obe bar or the Lyon bar

We stayed here in February and loved it so returned for another week. Had a standard room facing towards the mountains which in our opinion is better than a pool view. Beds comfy, good shower. Plenty of choice in main buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner and mostly good quality. Don't like the fact that they will not serve tap water which is perfectly drinkable, but insist on selling pricey and pre opened small bottles of water. The app can be annoying and doesn't even give access to view your bill which is poor. Evening entertainment can be hit and miss. Lovely designed hotel but if you don't like stairs this is not for you. To walk from reception to the restaurant would mean going down over 70 steps. Great for a workout but not if you aren't good on your feet. Adults only with quite a few younger couples. Seems to be mostly British.

Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at! First day, the receptionist was super helpful (Italian lady) and friendly; told us everything we wanted to know. The hotel looks lovely and our rooms were good. Second day, our first full day because we arrived late on the first day. The bar staff was rude, literally huffed at me and gave me attitude when I wanted to change my order even though he hasn’t started making it yet. The buffet seemed small however the food was delicious and with a lot of choices. Third day, we wanted to book at restaurant but me and my girlfriends didn’t speak great Spanish so we asked the staff at reception. They were super helpful and even gave us recommendations on how to get there. It was the Italian lady, a guy called Aaron and another guy. All amazing and helpful, credit to them! Fourth day, we booked the restaurant to give it a try. Not gonna lie, it wasn’t worth it. I remember me and my girlfriends saying “we would rather have the buffet and we were jealous of everyone going to the buffet”. The food was bland and gross. Also, the starter and dessert is just the buffet so it’s not much different. Final day (we’ve been here for a week but nothing else really went on lol) A new receptionist who I’ve never seen before, we so rude. I imagine the most important part of a customer leaving an establishment is the “goodbye”. Such as “how was your stay” or even “thank you for your stay”. Literally she gave us the bill for the drinks and that was it. Like she wanted us to leave. Put a bad taste in the whole experience. Some pointers of the hotel: -even if you don’t go all inclusive, the drinks are super cheap! -buffet food is good 50% of the time. Breakfast is amaze, doesn’t really change but is always good. Lunch is horrible and the dinner is good sometimes. -Italian lady (sorry I don’t know your name), aaron and this other man who called for us was amazing. Give them a pay rise! -some of the other staff were horrible and felt like they didn’t want use there. -Buffet food is good but the whole getting drinks during dinner isn’t great. Water isn’t free at dinner why do I have to pay €2.90 for a bottle of filtered tap water. And the whole harassment of scanning your wristband as soon as I sit down. Also, I get it when it’s coming close to the time you have to shut the buffet, you start closing parts of the buffet so you can tidy however me and my partner got there 2 hours before it shut and felt like the waiter staff were trying to hush us out. Overall, the hotel was okay. Probably wouldn’t return.

this hotel is the cleanest we have stayed in, first visit and will definitely be back next year the staff was great sad about the cocktails very poor ,standard which i was really looking forward to trying ,food was absolutely lovely , room was lovely apart from low grade coffee pods and i had to keep asking reception for some days we was not given any from the cleaners , the shower was silly as a woman i had to hold the shower as the pole was from the floor to your belly and thats it unless you like the head shower my husband said that was nice for him ,they definitely need new poles we paid the all inclusive plus it didnt give the same as the sister hotel , yes we had a section of sun beds with mattresses up a flight of stairs no separate pool no special treatment platinum shared the roof top at a much lower cost than us , our beds on the roof had some flowers separate platinum from platinum plus but they where next to us with ash trays all over the place on the side upstairs they had nice furniture same beds but could puff all there smoke over us on our sun bed shared the same bar we had to share there pool down the steps every time you wanted to use the pool and there toilets nothing really was separated, platform had much more than platinum extra whats a shame , even the rooms i was told wasnt much different the restaurant out side first couple of days , we was eating 2 tables right near us 3 on each smoking in your face ,while we was eating horrible/ smoking should be away from people who cant smoke and dont want to, sorry to all smokers but it stinks in england you cant smoke at restaurants, hope there is a couple of changes , but i must say its the most friendly, gorgeous hotel and so relaxing and the food was lovely every day specially in the main restaurant day and eve ,
