Princess Inspire Tenerife - Adults Only

From the minute you arrive you can't help but be impressed. The staff are welcoming and friendly, they explain how the hotel works in terms of sunbeds and food halls. The rooms are outstanding, big and luxurious, it's the simple things like a fridge full of complimentary drinks and the safe, free to use that take it that step further. Wardrobes with internal lights activated when you open the doors are just another little unnecessary but great luxury. Then the main hotel, the pool is a good size so if you want to exercise, without going to the on site gym you can and because there are no children there's no messing around in there. There are bars on each level where you can soak up the sun and a good selection of bottled beers, spirits cocktails and soft drinks. There's a huge selection for breakfast and same again for lunches and dinners and each night is varied so it's not a rehash of the same things every night. This place is highly recommended and I will definitely go back

After arriving to a view of a wall and other guests looking in from breakfast restaurant had to wait almost 24 hours to move to another room finally unpacked my clothes which had been in the case for an extended period of time and were in desperate need of ironing I was informed by reception they have no facilities to iron my dresses and I have to pay to have them done via a laundry service. Definitely not the best first impression and would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel. Had much better experiences in hotels that are not as expensive !!

The staff here are all of a similar mind in that they wish you to have a wonderful time and from our experience they really do try. The Inspire Princess is not quite the perfect palace for all as there is a clear divide between those willing to pay more as Esencia guests and the rest! Even so the facilities are kept clean and tidy for all , the 3 pools , the areas for sunbathing, the bars but especially the food market restaurant and The One, Food is to a good standard with great breakfasts, from simple continental to full English , plenty of tea and coffee but got to say the drinks machine juices lack quality. Lunch has options of buffet or from a made to order menu whilst evening meals should meet everyone’s tastes, from salads, to grill cooking be it fish or steak, chicken etc or the main meat that could be , beef, pork, turkey with limited vegetables for choice. Although the Annex block of rooms are quite modern and comfortable and all with pool view they never get any sunshine morning, noon or evening and as a consequence those sun beds by the main pool area immediately infront of its shape are also devoid of sunshine! Entertainment came via the huge stage or beamed via the Lyon Bar for all to view, this stopped at 11pm but if you liked a disco this carried on till late Overall the hotel offers a good standard of accommodation, food and drinks that should make for a good holiday Tips: use the lift on level one to get to level 4 instead of climbing 52 steps; use the back gate to save walking around the hotel to better access the Obe bar or the Lyon bar

Well second year of going back to the Princess Inspire Tenerife but took our 2 daughters this time. Once again amazing food choices and friendly staff and Victor at reception is a Top Guy so helpful. We love this place it truly is a great place to stay clean and can’t fault the hotel or the staff. And we are already looking to book for a third year but longer next time. Hats off to all the staff there they are a real credit to the Princess Hotel Chain and the staff is what makes that place so lovely. I see you all again next year.

Me and my partner (age 23 & 25) stayed here for a week and wouldn’t return.. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and our bedroom was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and modern, but we did have quite a lot of ants in our room through the duration of the stay which was quite inconvenient. The buffet restaurant was very average and underwhelming, we only went for tea 3 times and every time it was mainly the exact same dishes as the previous days which was disappointing as I would’ve expected better variety. The breakfast was good and served the usual buffet breakfast you’d expect on holiday but the drink choices at breakfast were poor. Some of the staff in the buffet restaurant were also quite rude. The pool area was really nice, we booked the €10 day beds two of the days and I think these are definitely worth the upgrade as they’re so much more comfortable than the sunbeds. I didn’t really go in the pool much but my partner enjoyed it. The only downside was not being able to use balls/floats in the pool which made it quite boring and we did see some guests who were having fun in the pool get told off by the life guard. The hotel consisted of majority older guests, there were a few younger couples but not many. This wasn’t a problem for us until we realised the majority or the older guests had an issue with how we looked. Me and my boyfriend have quite a lot of tattoos (not that this is something we thought about in advance as this has never been an issue anywhere else) but the amount of older guests that went out of there way to blatantly look us up and down as we walked by or spent their meal time continuously staring at us was unbelievable. I have genuinely never experienced such negative, unwarranted reactions to how we look, which as you can imagine made us feel quite uncomfortable and meant we spent their majority of our evenings outside of the hotel. The hotel looks impressive but definitely has lots of places for improvement, I’m not quite sure it’s deserves the five stars tui has given it. I personally wouldn’t come back and would look elsewhere for a different hotel that was actually worthy of a 5 star rating. If your older and looking for a holiday to simply relax and don’t mind eating the same food all week/paying to go out for food then this is probably the hotel for you but I definitely wouldn’t recommend to younger couples, especially if you look slightest bit alternative😂

Fantastic Two Weeks – Our Second Stay and Still Excellent! This was our second time staying at this hotel after a great experience last year, and once again, it did not disappoint! Our only negative came at the start of our trip. We arrived around 8:30 PM and unfortunately had a bit of a slow and underwhelming check-in experience. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming—after asking if we had visited before, they seemed distracted, speaking to a colleague and taking phone calls before we had even checked in. We were under time pressure to make it to dinner before it ended at 9:00 PM, however we just about made it in time. That aside, the rest of our stay was absolutely fantastic! Pros: Delicious and varied food – Great options even for fussy eaters, with themed nights (Asian, Italian, Spanish, Seafood). The desserts are especially good. Brilliant entertainment team – Huge thanks to Natasha, Kurtis, and Arthur who made our days really enjoyable with fun activities. Win four events and you even get a Princess Hotel t-shirt! Easy sun lounger booking via the hotel app – No early morning queuing! Note: loungers at The One Pool go fast as it gets the early sun, but all pool areas are lovely. Great location – Just a 3-minute walk to the beach through the hotel’s rear gate. Spacious, quiet, and clean rooms – Cleaned daily, with towel changes available on request. Beds are super comfy, and there’s a fridge with welcome drinks and a safe. A Few Things to Keep in Mind: Evening entertainment is enjoyable, though generally aimed at an older crowd. Pool areas are quite quiet—some light background music would help with the atmosphere. Alcohol is a bit pricey if you're on half board, but there are plenty of nearby bars within walking distance. We would absolutely return again and want to thank the entire hotel team for another brilliant two-week holiday!
