Very nice hotel centrally located, easy access to main touristic attractions and highways, totally recommended.

Bien ubicado pero está en el meollo de la fiesta y se olle musica de las discotecas y solo tiene un enchufe en el salón y otro salón es lo único que decir malo

Llegamos ya con la reserva y estuvimos un buen rato en la recepción para que nos tomasen los datos nadie nos explica nada del hotel nos Dan las llaves y listo. Nuestra sorpresa es al entrar no hay aire acondicionado parecía una sauna olor a tubería nada más entrar.vamos a encender la tv y no hay mando y vemos que en un papel que nos habían dado pone depósito de 10 € por mando. Bueno pues bajamos a por el mando subimos y nada que no enciende llamamos a recepción y sube el chico y nada nos dice que le falta a la tv un botón y que nos quedamos sin tv toda la noche Seguido vamos a conectar el WiFi nos habíamos dado las clavws y nada preguntamos y es que solo hay WiFi en la piscina de traca.para no volver jamas

First time I've stayed at these apartments, and I was a bit worried after reading some of the bad reviews, but I certainly didn't need to be worried. These apartments are fantastic, everything you need for a great holiday at a reasonable price. I was on the 5th floor and had a wonderful view from the balcony looking out to the Atlantic, seeing a beautiful sunset every night. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, and I found the bed nice and comfortable. The kitchen area has all the essentials you need. The swimming pool is great, and there are plenty of sunbeds, so there are no sunbed wars. Safe in the room cost €12 for the week. I didn't get asked for a deposit for the room when I checked in. Reception staff very helpful. A good supermarket just across the road has everything you'd need.

This hotel was awful, be prepared for a big deposit when you arrive. I stayed here for one night and our deposit was €150. Which in my opinion is so much for one night. The rules are a joke, complete silence after 11pm, unrealistic for where it is.

Just came back from a weeks stay and we couldn’t fault the place. We had a premium apartment with a balcony and sea view; basic , very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed also prosecco and nuts on arrival which was a nice addition. House keeping came almost every day we were there with clean towels ect. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. You have to pay €150 deposit when you arrive however this was no shock to us as we knew this when we booked and have recieved it back after 24hrs with no issues. Location was amazing, a short walk to either Costa adeje or las americas and there was so much to do. Siam park and Siam mall just a 5/10 minute walk away and lots of supermarkets close by. We didn’t spend a lot of time around the pool but when we were there there was a nice atmosphere and life guard on duty at all times. We did have breakfast included however after having the breakfast one morning we chose to eat out for the rest of the holiday. People can make their own judgment on that. If you go self catering the apartment is fully equipped with everything you would need. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and it’s a great place for a base when you’re in tenerife.

This apartment/hotel was perfect for us! Location is absolutely fantastic - only 2 minute walk from convenience store & supermarket, about 10 minute walk in one direction down to the beach and the *****, and 10 minutes walk in the other direction for Siam Park. Public transport also very easy to figure out, there is a bus stop across from ‘MAGMA’ which will take you places like Jungle Park, Monkey Park etc. We opted for self catering and the apartment provided more than enough for what we needed, it was perfect for preparing breakfasts/a couple dinners for ourselves some evenings when we didn’t want to dine out. The apartment and bathroom were very clean and spacious and were refreshed/cleaned almost every day, we were provided with a housekeeper’s schedule when we checked in so we knew when they’d be coming. We also paid a security deposit of 150€ at check-in, however we were made aware of this when we first booked our holiday and were told this is returned at time of check-out providing we left the room as we found it, so no issues with that. ☺️ The apartment itself had more than enough storage space for all our belongings while we were there. We also had a sea view room, the balcony was perfect to spend early mornings and late evenings to watch the sun and sea, it offers a very relaxing view. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman working the late reception shift on the night of Monday 27th May around 11:30pm (sorry, I did not catch his name). There had been a mixup with our suitcase - another couple on our transfer bus had taken it by accident, which was thankfully resolved quickly - however the man on reception was so kind, patient and reassuring that it would be sorted out, and did not hesitate to contact the bus driver. His efforts really did help to calm us down as we thought we would have a stressful start to the holiday. So a massive thank you to him! All in all this apartment was perfect for us and served us well for the week. We would happily stay in this hotel again if we return to this area of Tenerife! Thank youuuu! Stayed for 11 nights . Great hotel. Very clean throughout Hotel. Great location. And good views from balcony off pool and sea views. Would definitely stay again.Shops .Cafe and bars near by .easy walking distance to main bars and cafes . Well worth a look

The rooms have no air con. The staff are extremely rude. They try anything they can to take the €150 deposit off you that you’re made to pay at check in.The tennis courts are unavailable although they’re advertised. They expect dead silence after 11pm otherwise you loose your deposit. You have to pay extra to have a tv remote. The pool bar is so expensive.You can’t do anything by the pool apart from stay still. No music. No diving, no ball games, you’re not allowed to speak too loud. The list could go on but in all honesty. The place has so many bad things about it is hard to list it all. Avoid this hotel.
