酒店是無敵海景，特別是餐廳特別漂亮，但是酒店不適合親子，kids club 都沒有，餐食還不錯！草坪也很漂亮！

Another fantastic visit to this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated so warmly. We arrived late and a buffet supper was provided and we also enjoyed a welcome drink. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. We had a terrace onto a grassy area and the gardens are beautifully maintained. The buffet at breakfast and dinner is bar none and I would also recommend the Español restaurant. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast pancakes! There are 3 pools and it's a great idea to have one inflatable free so you can enjoy an uncluttered swim. Sadly there are always a few 'me, me,me' people who insist upon reserving sunbeds despite their absence. We didn't have a problem finding a couple though in the early afternoon. The beach opposite is shingly but the sea clear and certainly worth a dip. The staff are what make this hotel so very special. The cleaning service is discreet and immaculate. We hope to return in future years.

Great place to stay, lovely rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, food good, entertainment good and lovely swimming pools. Also several restaurants to choose from.

Just home from a week stay and what a great hotel, coming to Tenerife for over 30 yrs always stay in Las Americas so 1st time in Adeji and we are converted. Hotel is spotless and modern, the pool area is really spacious and lots of beds, we were half board and the food was lovely always something good to eat, we booked the 2 restaurants and ended up cancelling and using the main buffet as it was so good. Our room was also really big and spaciouse, we had a side sea view which was lovely, twin beds and couch, plenty of drawers and hanging for clothes, no complaints about this hotel at all deserves 5* rating.

We had a wonderful stay, the pools were fab, room was fab, food and service was fab. They called our room 20 mins after arriving just to check we were happy with our room. The staff made our visit to be honest. Always happy, always greeting. Our room always clean when we come back at the end of a day, the cleaners definitely need more appreciation!!! We had a late flight, and the hotel held onto our suitcases. Only criticisms: - When we arrived, we were offered a 'welcome drink' nothing mentioned of a charge, but was added to our bill at the end. You'd have thought this was complimentary. - Water at dinner should be complimentary as it is at breakfast. - Safety deposit box charge excessive. This should be complimentary. - Having themed food nights, and advertising it (curry night/roast night/sushi night) would have been good to know what would be different each night, so it doesnt become samey and so you know how to plan your meals for the week. - Being able to swap your dinner for pool side bar food would have been good , to allow eating out on an evening (most hotels do this) - Finally the check out could have been better. There was such a rush to take payment and get us checked out. Receptionist was on the phone at the same time... and there was no 'did you enjoy your stay' or 'thank you for visiting us', or no 'goodbye' , which was a shame that all our interactions with staff were positive but this one. Thank you for a wonderful visit, RIU is definitely a hotel brand we'd visit again in future. :)
