It is an IBIS Budget, so at one level, it is exactly what you would expect from an IBIS. I booked it as we just wanted a cheep and cheerful hotel for Lausanne... At another level, the road outside is noisy and the toilet is a bit too small - it closed on my knees. The room was clean and the hotel easygoing with plenty of parking.... Just would not stay here again.... but would definitely stay at other IBIS properties.

Free underground parking, with a lift up to your floor - and a parking ticket which you need to lift the barrier when you leave. The room design was ingenious - showing how much you can fit into a small space, and the aircon worked well. No restaurant, but we ate in the Ibis in Crissier since I could not find the nearer Portuguese restaurant shown on my Google map.

Very very small rooms. No free space to move. Very very compact bathrooms rooms and wc. Breakfast was ok but the host was keeping an eye on how much we consume. The host was also not very friendly and could not speak in english, hence communication was a problem.

I can understand that the room is not perfectly clean (even if for a 14m2 room that is also hard to understand), but we can leave with that, as you can find it in most of the places, but hot having enough shower gel for 2 people, that i cannot understand... i don't see why a same room in the german part of the Switzerland is way more better than in Lausanne... If you can invest 20 CHF more, you cen get a much better location, so you better do that...

Located close to highway makes it convenient if you tave by car. It´s close to MMM shopping. Parking places available but may be not available at late arrival Rooms are very small but clean. Breakfast is limited but sufficient. Bar is open till midnight. Relativ expensive for what you get

Hotel con tutto il necessario a buon prezzo. Un posteggio coperto (a pagamento), una camera doppia semplice e pulita con il necessario, letto comodo, un bagno e una doccia (direttamente in camera) e possibilità di fare colazione (essenziale ma buona, a pagamento). Posizione fuori dalla città ma essendo in auto ci si arriva senza problemi. Personale un pò anonimo. Un buon compromesso visto i costi di altri alberghi in zona.

Il y avait écrit keep calm and relax. Apparemment, ils ne savent pas ce que cela veut dire. À Éviter, à fuir, et vous vole. Cela fait longtemps que je voyage et souvent dans des hôtels. Mais celui-là est juste scandaleux par son personnel et sa gestion. En effet, si vous êtes sur cette Chloé , il faut fuir. Désagréable, manque d'éducation avec les clients sauf quand quelqu'un lui plaît ou qu'elle connaît avec un salut. "Les autres " se seront avec une réponse en levant les yeux en l'air pour vous faire comprendre que vous n'êtes pas la bienvenue. Ne pas prendre le parking non plus on vous fait payer pour rien, vous ne pouvez pas sortir sans ticket... ce qui n'est pas le cas. J'ai payé plein tarif. Que dire de la nuitée en plus que j'ai prise par malheur .Elle fait une erreur dans sa gestion et vous balance quoi vous ne savez pas ce que vous avez réserver ? (JUSTEMENT, c'est pour ça qu'on vous paie ?) Je demande plusieurs fois si tout est bon, car j ai rajouté la nuit avec le fameux parking et souhaite me rajouter une nuit encore en plus alors que je partais. Résultat, j'ai été débité de ma carte après la dernière nuit, sans être prévenu avertis et bien évidemment sans justificatif. Un scandale. Les autres membres du personnel, c'est à peine si on vous renseigne ou on vous regarde, même état d'esprit, on sent qu'on vous dérange. Changer de métier ou du moins à votre niveau. Je ne peux pas mettre 0, car juste une étoile est trop pour eux. Le groupe Accord devrait revoir son personnel dans cette établissement. A FUIR, PASSER VOTRE CHEMIN 👎
