Le Prieuré Saint Agnan

Fantastic stay at this beautiful boutique hotel/BnB with views over the Loire. Hosts were charming and helpful there is a lovely local Bistro walking distance and an easy 13km cycle track to Sancerre on bikes provided by our hosts. Could not fault it

Super location. Private enclosed grounds overlooking the Loire. Fanatastic spacious room with high quality linen, comfy bed and superbly & tastefully decorated throughout. Very welcoming couple who reserved us a good restaurant in town. Breakfast was lovely.

I picked Le Prieuré Saint Agnan from the Internet, largely due to the reviews herein and we were really pleased. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds immaculate. Our room was large and quite comfortable. The entire home is behind a rather imposing wall and it is very safe. Our host was nothing less than perfect. From the absolutely delicious breakfasts, to helping us with recommendations for wine tours, castles and chateau visits and dinner. Every suggestion was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. Parking is super convenient inside the grounds. We had breakfast one morning outside looking out to the Loire River. This was amazing. After a couple of hard days touring in Sancerre, my wife and I enjoyed a cigar, wine and a quick dip in the pool. When we go back, we will most certainly stay again. It was worth every Euro.

Excellent place tucked away in Cosne Cours sur Loire overlooking the river. Very welcoming, beautifully decorated and appointed overnight stay and excellent breakfast. Charming & friendly host. Winter stay, so no swimming, mind, but the gardens look lovely.

Une maison d' hôtes superbe intérieur/extérieur. Nous avions la chambre du clocher décorée avec beaucoup de goût,une literie exceptionnelle dans un lit XXL,une salle de bain parfaite avec un sol pont de bateau. Le petit déjeuner excellent, yaourt maison,jus d'orange pressé et des viennoiseries dans un lieu où nous avons là aussi apprécié la déco (tableaux et sculptures). Des hôtes passionnés et passionnants mais très discrets. Un extérieur avec piscine et petit coin pour se prélasser au soleil face à la Loire. Le parking est très bien sécurisé. Une très bonne adresse à communiquer entre amis. Petite suggestion pour nos hôtes : Mettre un second oreiller à disposition pour lire .merci beaucoup

Endroit plein de raffinement et de bienveillance. Toute la délicatesse que l on attend est là entre le raffinement de la décoration à l oreiller moelleux en pensant par un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande pour tous les amoureux du coucooning.
