Best Western Plus Finger Lakes Inn Suites

The hotel is a 3-story. Building. Our rooms  are on the second floor floor. All night long, there is ghosts screaming noise from the bathroom that it kept us awake and being afraid to bath room. About  2 :00 We talked to the front desk people, she said it is the sound of wind and can’t do nothing. We close the bathroom door and still can hear the noise. The breakfast is terrible, not much food provided and we have to asked for everything. Every time the guests asked, just bring a little bit on the table. And when there were around 10 people having breakfast in the  breakfast room, the hotel staff turned off the lights without any notice 9:00am sharp. The staff yelled at the hotel guests and children, calling them no common sense and pointed his finger at them. Terrible attitude and expressions!
