Suburban Studios Near Mesa Verde

The place was nice and clean with great pillows and great service. Staff was nice and very attentive to my needs. Definitely will recommends this place to my family and friends. The hot Breakfast was great. There was a lot of options. This hotel is in the center of town and walking distance to many restaurants the new managers is doing a wonder job

Everything was very clean and neat. Complete with kitchenette. Towels were folded creatively and bathroom was very bright. Food was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of units to chose from and very reasonably priced.

Had a kitchen with pots, dishes for cooking. Full sized refrigerator that met our needs. The breakfast was substantial with a great variety of hot and cold options. Evette did a great job keeping everything stocked and ready. Pam, the night concierge was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the clothes dryer was out of service

I stayed here 9/17/23 to 9/21/23 and enjoyed myself. It is a drive-up motel so you can hear people outside and loud cars. I liked having my car right outside and I was close to everything. The room was large with a full kitchen. It had laminate flooring and an updated bath. Everything worked as intended, even the wifi. Would stay here again!

Sadly I trusted Priceline to give me a 2.5 star hotel guaranteed to be the level of a double tree, ramada or hampton inn. I was excited driving in, knowing I was going to have stay in a nice hotel. Yikes. the entrance was was horrible turn up with dirty trash cans and i found mouse poop on the windowsill in the room. I would consider this a one star hotel where you sleep and leave. There were plenty of open places in Cortez with signs advertising low rates. Next time I would make a reservation in Cortez but drive thorugh and get something that way.

First off, looking at past reviews, it seems that this Suburban Suites/Quality Inn combo was under a different name(s). I had stayed on the Suburban Suites side of the complex which is located in a ***** of old 1950's style motel rooms. HOWEVER, they are in the middle of renovating these rooms and bringing them to 21st Century state of the art standards. I was lucky to stay in one of those (almost 100%) renovated rooms. The room I stayed in had a small kitchenette, an updated bathroom and vanity area, and ceiling-mounted BRIGHT LED lights. The floors were hardwood, and had a decent sized HDTV. I say almost as it looks like they were still in the process of installing/touching up the area around the frame of the door. Also, I had a nightstand between the two beds, but no bedside-accessible lighting, nor any USB charging stations. I didnt even have a leisure chair to sit in by the desk. I am assuming that is something they were in the process of adding in very soon as the rooms on either side were still under re-construction. That being said, the rest of the room seemed to be fairly clean smelling and overall clean in appearance. The linens were ABOVE average for a low-to-medium priced motel. Bed was comfortable. The parking lot and outer hallway still looks old and non-renovated, but I am assuming that will be one of the final stages of this Choice Hotel conversion (The Quality Inn Rooms are located in the back of the lot). A simple breakfast bar in the lobby, but plenty of options. Recently, I seem to be a magnet to places which are either brand new -- paint still drying, or hotels in the midst of some sort of renovation/name conversion. Hopefully, there will soon be additional reviews once the conversion and renovations are complete. But even with some minor inconveniences and blemishes of the past still visible, they SEEM to be trying to turn this place into a decent facility.

Le prix était très intéressant. Moins de 100€ la chambre de 3 lits doubles, qui est très vaste. Voilà pour les points positifs. Concernant les points négatifs, cela concerne surtout la propreté. Nous avions constaté dès notre arrivée que les couvertures étaient très sales. Mais c'est en ouvrant les draps avant de nous coucher le soir que nous avons découvert l'horreur. Une quantité impressionnante de cheveux, poils et autres miettes... Comme si les draps n'avaient pas été changés et lavés depuis des jours ! Le sol n'était pas en reste par endroits, surtout vers l'entrée. Le frigidaire faisait un bruit aussi fort qu'une climatisation en marche. Bref, bien penser à ouvrir ses draps en arrivant dans la chambre et de venir faire constater par la réceptionniste.

Devo riconoscere è stato il motel/hotel con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo di tutto il nostro on the road di 28 giorni negli USA. Stanza molto ampia e di recente ristrutturazione (senza moquette). Cucina in stanza con enorme frigo. Bagno addirittura con finestra. Ottima pulizia. Personale attentissimo e molto gentile sia in fase di check in (signora gentilissima) che durante la colazione (signore che continuamente puliva e riforniva), più curata e abbondante delle altre strutture dove veniva offerta. Parcheggio enorme fronte stanza e posizione comoda con centri commerciali e ristoranti. Insomma per il prezzo pagato davvero ottimo!

Es un motel sencillo pero muy limpio. La recepcionista muy agradable y atenta. Nos recomendó el desayuno y con razón, porque era muy completo, genial! La habitación muy amplia y el baño muy bien. Un lugar agradable y a un precio razonable. De madrugada se cayó la pica del lavabo, debido a una reciente y mala instalación. En recepción muy atentos, y sólo quedó en un susto.
