We had to have our door cards changed twice which is irritating. TV was difficult to change channels.

Very nice stay. Staff very professional and pleasant. Room/suite was spotless and very comfortable. Will say that breakfast room/area was very dreary and could really use an uplift/refresher, even something as simple as a new paint job.

When asked about my pet allergy, the desk clerk immediately up graded our room to a safe one at no charge. Very pleasant to work with.

We had to go outside to get to the lobby and “hot” tub. The hot tub was not hot at all and described as a “spa pool” by the front desk. We booked this hotel specifically for a hot tub,so although staff was friendly and the accommodations clean, advertising a hot tub was misleading.

The King suite was nice and clean very comfortable for my partner and I we enjoyed our stay the free breakfast was excellent and the indoor heated pool was a great touch to the experience.

Beds were comfy, it was quiet and everything was clean. Pool had a really high amount of chlorine, but I let the manager know. Breakfast was awesome.

The price is what you would expect to get. The room was clean, but there wasn’t weather stripping around the door so lol of the noises outside were loud. The location is close to town by car. They were good with having pets.
