Buendia Corralejo Nohotel

We stayed for a week at the beginning January. We booked with JET2 and hired a car to pick up at the airport, which was great. I had asked before we arrived at the parking facilities and was told there was plenty of on street parking. We got there really easily and found a parking space right next to the entrance (there are plenty available). We were welcomed with a drink and a friendly Erica gave us our keys and explained all about the accommodation. We had 2 bed duplex apartment with direct access to the pool. The apartment was very clean and comfy and had all the equipment needed for us to self cater, massive fridge. The beds were really comfy the shower fab and there is plenty storage. The towels were lovely and large. There are pool towels in the apartment which is super. We visited the pool straight away, it was a little chilly, but warmed up as the week went on. The kids had a pulled pork sandwich and nutella crepes from the pool snack bar which were tasty and good value for money. The accommodation is very quiet, which suits us perfectly we were feet away from the bar and heard no noise at all. It is a 5 minute walk from the nearest supermarket and about a 7 minute one to the old town which is lovely in the evening with lots of restaurants and bars that you can sit at and listen to the singing and entertainment in the square. The accommodation has a central courtyard where our apartment patio faced into. If I stayed again I would request to be on the other side (rooms in the 100s) as these had the sun, our apartment was in the shade all the time and there is quite a dew in the winter in Fuerteventura and this made everywhere not in the sun quite wet downstairs. The bedrooms were in the sun which made them a little hot, but there is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom which rectified this. As my son was sick while we there the reception staff gave us a plug in fan to keep him cool, which was great of them. The staff here clearly love their jobs they are always happy, greet everyone and always busy cleaning. They are very helpful, polite efficient and kind. Especially Erica and Serena, who asked about how my son was and gave me helpful advice. There is a laundrette facility here too which is brilliant. The washer is 6 euros and takes 25 minutes and the drier (should you need it as there is a large airer in the apartment) is 4 euros. Couple of things to note - 1) Rubbish, you will need to dispose of yourselves, there are some small recycling units in the grounds but the main area is just outside the hotel in the council bins, but be careful here as there is a lot of broken glass. I found it quite difficult, you are encouraged to recycle and I did want to but the bins are not labelled well and they are not emptied regularly. This may be something that Buendia may want to address with their local authorities? 2) In the apartment there are some dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid a tea towel and a coupe of cloths include

The staff make you feel valued and were very welcoming .the 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace was excellent very well equipped and very comfortable and clean ,the pool area very well taken care of comfortable sun beds

Second time here for Christmas. Staff are all very helpful and really friendly. Breakfast is good value and the hot dishes are cooked to order, the lunch time menu is also very good and not overly priced. This year we booked a roof terrace which we loved. 5minute walk to music square bars restaurants etc We will be back.

Excellent pool+free padded sunbeds. Free safe deposit box. Balconies not very private. No sun at all on ours. May have been time of year (March).Staff are just so friendly and helpful. Free wine+ nibbles hour hosted by lovely manager Alex. Chance to mingle and meet everyone. Our room overlooked a building site (wasn't the best at all) Decor was very IKEA style. Would prefer a sofa for comfort. Very comfortable very big bed.Good variety of exercise classes at the hotel at an extra cost 15 euros. Gym good too.

2nd time staying here and it was as good as the 1st. We upgraded to a rooftop terrace which was lovely. Beautiful spacious clean apartments with everything you need and wonderful friendly staff that cannot do enough for you. Grounds are immaculate and fantastic food at the pool bar. Very relaxed vibe such a chilled holiday didn’t want to leave. Shout out to Serena snd Francesco see you in December! Just a point to note there are building works to the south of the complex that are a little noisy but did not spoil our holiday think we heard them louder from the rooftop terrace as we barely heard them when at the poolside. Book and enjoy you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was lovely and clean, has everything you need. The pool area was fantastic, lovely warm heated pool, plenty of comfy sun beds. The breakfast every morning had a great choice, eggs cooked to your liking, fresh bread, cakes and fruit. We ate lunch a few times, the food was faultless, everything was reasonably priced. I visited the gym a few times, plenty of choice for cardio or weights. It was a 5 minute walk into the old town, great location. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We downloaded the app that had loads of recommendations. If possible request a balcony in the sun and take usb chargers with you as there are usb ports in every room.

Cool hotel where the staff were really friendly and very helpful We went as a family the apartment was excellent and it had everything we needed. The hotel has an immediate relaxed atmosphere , and we would recommend paying the extra when booking for the breakfast Situated in the north end of town away from the main tourist area which was what we liked however the tourist hub was an easy short walk away

Cannot fault this hotel. Very chilled,modern style. Great staff and food was really good quality. Rooms modern and spacious with all you need to get by and more. The pool area was its best point for us,big comfy beds,nice pool and the area is really chilled. Staff brought me a card and bottle of wine over in my birthday also which was nice of them. Will definitely return.

Quirky complex close to harbour and seafront. Modern design with everything you could need - Wi-Fi, Safe, smart tv, beach towels, decent hairdryer, iron with board, all kitchen equipment you could want - don’t waste space in your case as there is everything you could want - supermarket close by. You can enjoy privacy or choose comfortable loungers by pool. Staff are super friendly and messaged us during stay to see if we were happy and if we needed anything- a nice touch. We will be returning for sure.
