We decided to go self-catering instead of all-inclusive this year, and Fuentepark kept popping up in the searches. It was ideal for what we needed/wanted... The location was perfect, and the main stretch was at the end of the street. Fuentepark itself was great for us..the appartments were a good size , bedroom had a huge amount of storage and a super comfy king size bed . The living area had a huge tv (we took our fire stick and it worked ) more storage, dining table and sofa that converted to 2 x single beds if needed. The kitchen had all the amenities you'd need. Kettle, toaster, full-size oven, tall fridge and small freezer, microwave, and much more . Bathroom is a good size with a fabulous shower. Yes, the rooms are far from modern.. but who spends a lot of time in there anyway ?They were more than adequate. Air conditioning was in main room but not in bedroom pool area was fine if you could get a bed ..it opened at 9.30 and it was an unbelievable sight to watch fully grown adults clattering over gates if there gate wasn't opened 1st..it does say no reserving of beds ,but no one took any notice and the staff don't police it .. we went down most mornings about 9.40 after the carnage had subsided and all beds had been taken ..well, all had towels on and only about 20% had people occupying them ..this was a little frustrating ,but I wasn't willing to degrade myself by participating in the race. There is a pool bar, resonable prices .. Happy hour, 3 pm to 4 pm (2 4 1) All in all we had a fabulous stay, the staff were great, the place was clean and the location perfect..what more do you need really? (Couple mid 50's)
