Alua Suites Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

This is our second visit to Alua Suites in Corralejo and this hotel has become a firm favourite of ours for a winter vacation. From arrival to departure the staff are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much bother and they are so attentive and happy to engage which is wonderful given their very long working shifts. The hotel itself is a fantastic complex, with multiple pools and plenty of loungers, so the need for alarm calls and setting out of towels is not something that should be considered. The staff very kindly accommodated our request for the same room again this year which for us is in the best location, spacious, spotlessly clean, which is great credit to the housekeeping teams who are ever present. The grounds of the hotel are immaculate, as are all the public areas, so again great kudos to the teams of staff working hard to keep this level of standard. The hotel itself sits outside of the town which is also fantastic as it provides a little leisurely walk and there are plenty of amenities locally should you like to wander like we do. The beach is 200 yards from the hotel and has a vast array of activities such as surfing and paddle boarding, it is a long beach and is also a great route for walking to and from town. We travelled on an AllInclusive package, and this can often be a bit hit and miss with some hotels, however Alua Suites is not one of them, and the food choice is always good, especially if you enjoy your salads, and this year a particular favourite of mine was the Chorizo sausage dish, the beef stroganoff was excellent and I even enjoyed a pizza slice when we became weary of eating mid-holiday, so good food in moderation would be my recommendation. So in summary if you are looking for a good high quality resort, good varied food choice and close to town and beach with excellent staff then look o further, Alua Suites is for you !

The my favourite club at the Alua Suites is great value for money and worth the upgrade. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The coffee machine was a great addition with a bottle of water supplied daily. The pool area was very clean and tidy. The sunbeds have thick comfy cushions. There is no music blaring out, so lovely and peaceful. The pool is of a good size and is heated. Excellent for swimming. The food and drink upgrade is well worth it. It ment that we did need to eat outside the hotel as the food in the my favourite restaurant was served properly and was excellent.

Beautifully set out resort with nice accommodation, staff very friendly while being efficient and professional very good standard of food and drink for all inclusive, nightly entertainment was a good mixture of stuff something for everyone. Would definitely go back.

Just returned from the Alua suites On a positive note Check was efficient and the room was ready when we arrived mid afternoon. We upgraded to a pool view Suite with our travel company Jet 2 beforehand .. The room was cleaned daily towels changed as we needed and was Comfortable . On arrival a Bottle of local Fizz was in the fridge chilling nothing special but a nice touch . Previous hotels we’ve stayed have offered a complimentary glass at check in …. Breakfast was good busy at times food choices for everyone… We were on the All Inclusive package It’s really not required We struggled with lunch and Dinner Salads were good breads cheeses cold meats on offer but the cooked stuff was lacking flavour and was mostly cold . Desserts were hit and miss . There is a bar Agua in reception it has a few tables but could be so much better for seating and comfort . We had drinks their before dinner or ventured out on an evening in to town . The Rose wine was drinkable struggled with the white wine , drinks are very basic mixes of their own brands . San Miguel was the beer on tap at the pool bar .. not bad but would be served in a plastic Cup once you have handed over a wooded token !!!! Strange one but their was no cups left around the pool areas as you had to return you cup to get your tokens back in order to get your next drink . The Spot was another bar within the hotel We didn’t use this .. really just like a big cafe/bar at the side of the restaurant.. would i recommend !! Yes if you stay Bed and breakfast don’t get ****** in to the All inclusive deal Alua suites need to up their game regarding quality of drinks and food . Head to town some great music bars and plenty of great tapas and restaurants to choose from 20 minutes walk or 5 to 7 euros for a taxi depending on the one way system in an out of town

Absolutely wonderful! Can’t fault it . Stayed with my 22year old daughter who has already booked to return. Definitely advise upgrading to My Favourite Club the standard of food in the evening was high standard and the service excellent. Al la carte restaurant was a disappointment though and waiter was extremely arrogant.all in all it has a lovely chilled atmosphere and is so clean. It was also nice to see how Fueteventura cares about conservation and looks after stray cats with a neutering program. Beaches clean and practically empty, no crushed in sunbeds

Excellent resort situated in attractive grounds. Clean rooms with nice balconies. We were on the ground gloor overlooking the two children's pools, which we had requested. Food was delicious with an extensive choice. All staff were v welcoming. Could not ask for more.
