The hotel is well appointed, staff are friendly and welcoming on the whole, and the resort area is great. Corralejo is busy enough that there's something to do if you want, but also not as chaotic and busy as other resorts. The hotel is approximately a 5-10 minutes walk into the old town area by the port and marina. The hotel is situated behind a shopping centre on the main road into the resort, however don't let that put you off, there was very little to no noise that I heard, even at such a close distance. I was in block 3 which is as close to the back of the shopping complex as you can get and had no disturbance. I had booked an all inclusive package holiday from the UK, and upon arrival with the flight being so late in the day, I had missed the opening times for the restaurant for dinner. However, the reception staff informed me there was a light snack of a sandwich and some fruit and a small salad in my minibar fridge, so that was a nice touch. Also on the counter above the fridge was a complimentary bottle of water, which could have been stored in the refrigerator to keep cool and ready to drink, rather than room temperature, but that's a small thing really. Generally the junior suite was good, a power outlet at each side of the (rather firm) bed, a TV on a swivel stand in the centre of the room to allow viewing from the bed, or from the (also rather firm) sofa/pull out bed. The bathroom had a double sink, shower cubicle and toilet. All generally clean, though there were a few signs of wear and tear throughout. I had a balcony as well overlooking one of the pool areas, with a set of 2 plastic chairs and a table. Storage is plentiful, a large 3 door wardrobe with about 14 hangers, and a set of drawers inside as well was more than enough. There's also a safe, which comes at an extra charge. I ate in the buffet restaurant throughout my stay, the food was good, and although the food variety isn't huge, there's still a decent selection, and even for the pickiest of eaters, there's a grill for steak and chicken breast, and another for fish, which is manned throughout service, so you're not going to starve. Cold food selection was alright too, with a decent selection of salads and sides to accompany your meal. The desserts are also very good, a variety of cakes and patisserie, as well as cheeses and fruit, and ice cream with a selection of toppings. One evening there was also a chocolate fountain with fruit and waffles to help yourself. I did notice the staff are very attentive, both with food being kept fresh, replenishing regularly even if the tray or bowl wasn't emptied, and also the waiting staff, remembering my drinks order from day 2 onwards, which was nice. Pool areas are decent enough, and the grounds are well kept, however please note, as of 5/7/2025 which was the day of my check out, there is major works being done at one of the pools. This is hidden by fencing, but the noise is a key feature, with loud power tools and machinery bein
