Great food, excellent staff all around. Room was good and cold. Stocked bar daily and the property was immaculate.

My first review would definitely be about the staff. They were so amazing! I have been to many places in the last 2 years. Some 12 hotels internationally but this one just stood out for so many reasons! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always with a smile. What else do you need in a vacation? Where there are nice and warm people to greet you and assist you throughout your stay making it memorable. The resort was huge, luxurious and they have something happening all day up until 1 AM at night or more, to keep the guests entertained. It’s like a whole new world. You would never have to leave the resort for anything at all. They have one of the nicest beaches! Food is outstanding. They have a wide range of food. Since it’s all inclusive you have everything included, including the specialty restaurants inside. I also availed their laundry services which was amazing. However the best thing was their spa! Very skilled staffs, highly proficient at what they do. I got a facial and a massage which was totally worth the money! They also have some stores inside - whether it’s a last minute phone charger, slippers or a swimwear - they have it all. Very comfortable stay overall. Loved it. Highly recommend

A great week in Paradise! My wife and I (both in our mid-sixties) had an absolutely great stay at the Riu Palace Aquarelle! I loved the fact that the Hotel just opened in May 2024, as everything is new!!! Most of the daytime activity is around the pools, but we go for the peace and tranquility of the Beach, and it's all white sand with beautiful turquoise water. Plenty of Lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff at this Riu is the Best in the Business!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly, and does everything possible to ensure a great guest experience. A sincere Thank You to Melissa at the outdoor bar, and to Akeema, at the Sports bar, who was there every morning and welcomed us with an amazing Iced Coffee. Thank You to everyone at the Riu, and we look forward to seeing you all again!!!

This place is amazing! Great customer service. Lots of activities. The bartenders at the swim up bar “Marley” learn you very quickly and never let you go without a drink. Entertainment team is fun and has all the good vibes. My only complaint is that I booked transportation to and from the resort with the room, had no issues getting to the resort but luckily the cab driver who took us gave us his number in case we needed him because they basically told us we were out of luck in order to make it back to the airport. But that wasn’t RIU’s fault, was the fault of the tour company. But as I stated above it was booked thru the resort online when I booked the room.

I visited this location and was very impressed with the location and food , however my nephew began having discomfort in is throat and the nurse was adamant on the cost to do an examination rather than to help us out with some dph and checking on his well being first, we had to leave to hotel to go to the closest gas station 10 minutes away.

The staff was great and helpful the food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing! I would definitely recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again!

The Riu Aquarelle is a fantastic place. The food was delicious. The staff was fantastic. The bar tender in the lobby bar (Ronika..I think that how you spell it) was fantastic and very personable. Every morning at 10am I would have my Pina Colada with my husband at this bar. She was very attentive, pleasant and a real asset to your company. We really enjoyed our vacation at your resort!!! See you again real soon

I had a great time there overall. The entertainment was first class, the beach was awesome, and the food was mostly good. My biggest complaint is that they use way too much salt in cooking the food sometimes.

I was a bit anxious about the food because I have been to all the Riu in Jamaica and I was not pleased with the food but this resort is exceeded my expectation definitely going back also entertainment is top tier. Roaster man is my favorite guy big up yuh self roaster man.
