Catalina Motel

Supposed manager physically assaulted me, and Verbally Abusive in a language I don't understand. Treatment by group of 7 different group members equally.

The staff is very helpful and not to mention friendly. The rooms were clean, after a long drive all I wanted was the rest and I hadn’t realized check in was till 4 pm the lady was nice enough to check me in a bit earlier … I will come back !!!!!

DONT NOT BOOK!!! Save yourself the money this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed dont let there photos online fool you like they did me.. the rooms look nothing like the actual rooms they put you in on top of that it was extremely hot they were filthy & nasty bed sheets were disgusting they had blood on them and just dirty everywhere we also observed them not changing the sheets and just fixing the bed I got moved 3 different times due to moldy smell so we slept horrible shower was full of hair.. honestly the way this place is still open is crazy to me.. save yourself do not book here. 8/25-8/27/23

It was nice and quiet easy access . Sufficient supplies and toiletries. Clean room and comfortable room . The check in lady was nice good hospitality . Will continue to come back to this location when in the area

Clean bed and towels. Room stayed cold and no problems! Might want to clean the windown units BUT other than that....we had no problems!

This property it’s very old n very old fashioned not a good family place.

It was old needs work but if you just need a bed it works. Had a plastic chair to sit in was not comfortable. Tub looked new and bathroom sink looked new but all the rest needs updating. It was quiet , good location.

Good if you're on a budget. Room was clean had adequate lighting & AC, but no accessible electrical outlets other than the one next to the sink.

I must say I had reservations on booking here when I saw the picture of the hotel itself. But the picture of the room and the reviews I saw made me go against my initial thoughts and I booked a room. Well let’s say I should’ve stuck with my initial thoughts. My room was nothing like pictured. I walked in to a room that was dark and extremely hot because they did not have the AC on during 100• temps. By dark I mean not inviting as the pictures suggest. Even with lights on and blinds open it did no justice. The paint was very old and covered in dust. The sink leaked from pipe when water was on. The toilet would not flush properly. The bedding was old and damaged. The only thing I would say was good about this place was the pillows and location. If it wasn’t for it being non refundable and my money being short I would’ve found somewhere else to go as soon as I opened the door. I’m assuming the other rooms were better than mine to see 7.0 reviews. There’s no way room #29 would get a 1.
