Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the convince!
Close to all the beaches!
My condo has a fishing dock and two swimming pools (one outside by the canal and a second heated indoor pool).
Bring your water toys, fishing gear, And have fun!
King bedroom overlooking the marina, pool, and wide canal view.
The second bedroom has a queen bed.
Sofa beds in the living room.
A fully updated kitchen and bathroom.

Our home has the greatest view of widest canal on the north padre island.
Easy to the Packary Cannel for fishing boats.
Conveniently located to all kinds of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. (5mins drive)
White cap beach is 5 mins drive also.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Wear a swimming band at the pool.
