Cơ sở vật chất và vị trí tuyệt vời! Chất lượng dịch vụ và thức ăn không phù hợp với giá cả được cung cấp. Cocktail được phục vụ cho chúng tôi thật tệ, nó chỉ là một ly Mojito đơn giản. Chúng tôi đã gọi 2 món và nó được phục vụ vào một thời điểm rất khác. Chúng tôi kết thúc việc hủy bỏ 1 vì sự chậm trễ. Không có quyền kiểm soát đối với những con chim ăn đơn đặt hàng của bạn.

Đây thực sự là lần đầu tiên tôi đến Club Paradise. Cát rất tốt rất tốt. Tới đó thì êm đềm nhưng việc đi thuyền của tôi trở về thì thật sự rất gợn sóng nhưng điều đó không sao cả. Tôi thích ở những căn phòng mới xây nhìn ra biển, rất rộng rãi, rất hiện đại, nhưng khá khó đi bộ, đặc biệt là khi bạn say. CƯỜI! Mặt khác, biệt thự tiêu chuẩn hoàng hôn rất chật chội, bạn không có nhiều không gian để đặt hành lý nhưng ít nhất bạn có một tầm nhìn tuyệt vời và gần gũi hơn với mọi thứ. Thức ăn ổn. Không tốt nhưng cũng không xấu. Giá đắt cho hương vị nhưng vì không có nhà hàng nào khác trên đảo nên không có gì để so sánh với nó. Tôi đề nghị tăng điểm đại bàng 15 phút. Bắt đầu đi bộ lúc 5:30 sáng.

Spectacular, beautiful resort! Sorry I didn't have a date since this is truly a couples place. But I did enjoy the solitude, perfect beach and included snorkeling, and double bed hut right on the sand with wifi! Food is better than average for Philippines. Not sure how they even get the food here or how they could have built such a nice place on a deserted island (20 min boat ride from Basuanga airport after short van xfer). Beware there are a few thousand bats if you're in the main hotel and at dusk they kinda go nuts flying around...

Marvelous view and got to see so many wild creatures. Might feel lonely if you are traveling solo.

The resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~

Boat transfer is very unreasonable. One way from island to port is 4,500 for 20minutes.😰 That makes 9000 for two way. Too expensive. Their body wash container is not refilled. Worst is, Wifi is not convenient to us since we are also working online. Then on our last day, the water just stop maybe there is construction on-going. Fyi, the oceanview suite is very far from the reception, pool and beach. Not coming back again.

Positive - The wildlife, nature and the island self. - Warm welcome with welcome drink - Happy hour and sunset and seeing the fruit bats flying to the other island. - Staff of Happy hour, hike guide, ICT, technic pick up and drop off service from the hotel. - Boat ride - Eco friendly - Detail of complimentary sweets and message of sweet dreams - ocean view suite Negative -value for money -outdated graden suite and smell -restaurant and food quality. I ended eating only the breakfast and deep friend fish as dinner. -staff at front office, not everyone gave a hospitality welcome feeling. - A not working reward program, and the front office only replying that I can try it again next time when I come back to the hotel. Did even make an attempt to look in what was or went wrong. Even by writing feedback on the 2 in their book for the “manager” to read - unfortunately I needed to book an extend night because there was no more flight available back to Manila. They wanted me to get out of the room and wait till 15:00pm to enter the other room. - Their rule is that you can check in on 15pm, we arrived on the first day with a group of like 16 people, around 11:00am. We were not allow the go to our room yet, but at 15:00pm we needed to go to the front office by ourself to ask to go to our room, and that ended that we could receive our luggages at 15:40pm in the room. -WhatsApp that I send before my arrival has never been answered - Hospitality is not top tier yet for the value of money, some improvements need to be make.

Incredible location on a small island with only this hotel on it. White beaches and crystal water make it a real paradise. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We loved the wild animals (bats and lizards) and enjoyed the “Jurassic Park” feeling of free nature experience. The pick up was super smooth and what a beautiful arrival on the boat up the river! A lot of families with kids by the pool so avoid that and enjoy the beach which is mostly empty and indeed the best part of this place.

超級超級滿意的兩個晚上在島上的時間好像被放慢了，我甚至覺得住了三四天～ 第一天到，因為要3:00才能入住，所以我們直接選擇了去，你非常慶幸看到了海龜看到了非常多的魚，還看到了小丑魚，後面的天氣都不是很好，所以都沒有成功，在海邊發呆，睡覺真的也非常舒服～ 整個島上的生態還是非常好的，有很多大蜥蜴，還有一些小動物寄居蟹小螃蟹什麼的，整體還是很好的！ 食物的話中規中矩，雖然個人還是感覺偏貴的哈哈哈 如果浪不大的話，島上可以玩的設施還是很多的，可以爬山可以划船，可以浮潛～大人小孩應該都會玩得很開心！ 還有最可愛的一點，從上船開始就會給你投喂小零食，在酒店也會給你喂，特別可愛～

酒店離陸地較遠，要坐船40分鐘左右才能到達。酒店所在的島上植被茂密，蝙蝠，壁虎，甚至大蜥蜴都隨處可見。早餐很一般，選擇非常少！

酒店的每個服務員都非常熱情周到。環境更是沒得説，蝙蝠和蜥蜴隨處可見，餐廳門口就能浮潛看到各色珍奇的海洋動物，體驗一流！

La ubicación es excelente. La playa es increíble. El servicio es muy bueno, la habitación. Siempre la dejaban en perfectas condiciones

一島一酒店，環境很好，服務也很好！酒店有泳池餐廳！海水特別好看！還有原生態的蜥蜴和蝙蝠！房間挺大！度假首選！

絕對是物超所值的選擇。服務在線，環境絕美，白沙灘無敵。一定要選擇豪華sunset別墅，沙灘就在邊上，非常方便。我們選的時候沒有豪華sunset的選擇，衹能選了豪華sunrise別墅。島上很多小動物，出門就是蝙蝠林。島民也很和善。 缺點： 服務速度很慢，上菜很慢，菜單選擇侷限，高爾夫車時常人手不足。酒店提供的項目自由度不夠
