A very enjoyable stay. We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is rated 3 star and it is a good quality 3 star hotel. Rooms were clean, the extra large bed was very comfortable, there was a good shower (in the bath) with plenty of hot water. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We only had breakfast during our stay as we were out and about each day and ate while on our travels. Usual offering at breakfast cereal, fruit salad, breads, danish and cooked options. The breakfast was consistently good each morning and we tried a few things and it was always delicious We were in room 110 which is at the back of the hotel and there was noise from what we guessed was either a plant room or a kitchen fan which started early (after six am) and shut off late (10/11 PM) I had read this on a previous review so came prepared with ear plugs which helped. This was the only thing that took from our stay and why I dropped a star on the review.

It’s been a while since I ate here, but I needed a spot to work & eat… The service was great - friendly, helpful & fast - and the chicken wings were divine. Crunchy, with a generous amount of hot sauce butter & a really tasty blue cheese dip. Good value too - & it was also a comfy spot for working.

This hotel is amazing. The best fish and chips I’ve ever had, there’s no words! The breakfast-French toast blew my mind. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the girls at reception, management , everyone who works here makes you feel so welcome. Room was just perfect, family room with sea view. Our boys loved it. I really didn’t want to leave. I booked our next stay before I left. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in so many places, this is my favourite hotel and place to stay! There’s something very special about this place

Stayed here for two nights and it was a wonderful experience. Friendly, courteous professional staff, food was superb also, our room was great with a spectacular view of the sea. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had our joint hen party at Schull Harbour Hotel in May and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! With a group of over 30 friends, the staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was excellent from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the cocktails were a hit with everyone, and the whole atmosphere made for a really special celebration. A huge thank you to the team for making it all so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend

☆☆☆☆☆ Five stars from our family! We enjoyed a two night stay in a spacious family room, the personal colouring packs for the kids were a great little touch. View off the harbour was fab so we could sit and enjoy a night cap after the day of exploring. Receptionist on check in was very helpful and inviting, dinner in the bar was very nice, freshest fish we have had in a long time. Breakfast was to die for! Avocado and Eggs done right, and Turkish Eggs perfect!

Very disapointed with not being told before hand with a simple E-mail that the pool was out of order ,The pool was the reason that we picked the hotel.No offer of any type of reimbursment.Very poor form .Very quick to take our money on arrival. Sean and jackie (kerry)

What a view when dining in this beautiful setting. I was blown away from the tasty breakfasts to the mouthwatering dinners with a few to die for. Our room was spotless and airy. The beds were so comfortable and the showers 2nd to none. Would highly recommend this friendly hotel for friends or family.

Excellent. We made one mistake, we didn’t have dinner in the hotel every night. Breakfast was superb, service too. Lovely pool/gym. Location is ideal for exploring west cork and Schull is a lovely village. Lovely traditional bars and a beautiful harbour

Just stopped here briefly and got recommended this place by some locals. Amazing food that I'm not going to hesitate to give 10/10. There's a lot of good restaurants in Cork, but this place definitely stands out. Great menu, amazing flavours.

The location is stunning with beautiful sea views, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool and sauna were a lovely bonus, and we really enjoyed dining at the restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

Schull harbour hotel is ideally located in the heart of the village and with stunning views out across the bay. I stayed three nights and can honestly say it was amazing. The hotel is lovely. It's spotlessly clean, my room was huge and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The food was so nice and the breakfast looked unreal (I'm not a breakfast person) with a great selection for all tastes. For me the stand out feature was the staff! They were fantastic. So friendly and always had time for a chat. The restaurant evening/breakfast staff and the reception staff were top class, I truly cannot praise both them and the hotel enough. I hope to return to West Cork for a holiday and when I do i will be staying at this hotel. 5 stars (more if I could).

Booked last minute. Was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations quality and the staff’s very high levels of customer service. Sleep quality was immaculate and setting is a real delight with views over the bay and all the amenities of the village close to hand. Plenty of free parking too, which is a bonus and the breakfast included was substantial and excellent quality. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful setting and fantastic service! The location was perfect, and the views were stunning. All the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
