The customer service is horrible. The bathroom is very small , entering the shower and closing the door is an impossible mission.

A clean hotel with all the amenities necessary for a business trip.

Nice business hotel in an excellent location by La Canada river- this makes the hotel very easy to find when wandering the city. Ideal location close to the old town and the hipster Guemes district Enthusiastic welcome (with city maps). Decent sized room with good quiet air con. The small pool area was pleasant to use- perhaps not quite as nice as in the web pictures- but quite good enough In a country where hotel breakfasts seem identical this was just a touch nicer Buzz about the hotel as a football team checked in- no problems at all & it was nice that the hotel let a fan stay in the lobby for ages to get his footie shirt signed. Wasn't sure that there was always someone with brilliant English on the desk at all times but they were kind with my poor Spanish. Special thanks to Maria who sorted out a misunderstanding about laundry service over the weekend I would recommend

Very dirty and expensive

Para el precio y las estrellas muy mal. Las Cortinas rotas, frazadas con huecos, toallas pocas y en mal estado. También había Suciedad en las habitaciones, muebles gastados. Desayuno calidad Intermedia. La ubicación es buena. Para el precio se han quedado muy muy atrás con el mantenimiento del hotel

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, y comparado con otros hoteles 4 estrellas, tienen algunas cosas que arreglar. Faltaba limpieza en las habitaciones, en los rincones y cerca de los zócalos, en el baño había una canilla rota y el inodoro perdía agua por abajo, y en mi opinión el colchón ya requería un cambio, pues estaba muy blando y se hundía en el medio. El desayuno bastante completo, y la atención al cliente muy buena.

Las habitaciones necesitan una refrescada. Si venis en auto no es aconsejsble. No tiene parking El restaurant es muy flojo. Diria que se come mal. Muy flojo. Comi unos Ribs y estaban como recocidos o del dia antetior. Un bife de chorizo minusculo y duro como piedra.
