Initially the hotel doesnt look much from the outside (the sign is sun dated and faint). However, inside it opens up into a welcoming hotel. Large air conditioned lobby, friendly reception staff. We arrived late and the reception chap gave us some sandwiches and our welcome drink which was greatly appreciated at 00.30am.. The room photos are misleading and are not of the family sea view rooms. Our sea view room had a fantastic view of the bay. Our room didn't have a toaster or a sink in the seating area. However, we did have fantastic air con in our room which was greatly appreciated at 37-40degree heat... All the staff were fantastic, polite, professional and some were funnier more that others however, they all played a massive role in keeping the hotel running. I would recommend the hotel to others. All inclusive food was repetitive in the restaurant se expected however it was enjoyable. I would recommend the burgers from the bar snack menu. If you plan on hiring a car, I would recommend a higher engine size if travelling up the mountain paths.

It was like the rooms in my grandmother's house. Sliding door to the bathroom, a fridge just big enough to hold 5 small waters, no freezer in a place where the temperature even at night did not drop below 30 degrees Celsius. At breakfast there was havoc with the pancakes where the cook at the end put 2 on your plate and kicked you out, croissants are never replenished, so once they run out you won't get them again. The dinner was average and certainly not worthy of a hotel in Paphos. If you have half board, they charge you €2.5 for a bottle of water at dinner. I understand drinks should be charged but water? Totally unacceptable.

First look at this hotel and it looked amazing on the images, and it was definitely true when actually visiting. Most amazing views with sunsets everyday and the hotel was fantastic also with great rooms. Facilities great for our needs and the infinity pool was fabulous, the only issues we had is because it was so hot the pool water was like a hot bath. The good thing was that the indoor pool was nice and cool. Another downside is that it’s not massively close to many bars and restaurants. It’s either a long walk or jump a bus/taxi. Hotel and staff where great so can’t really fault it tbh, and Cyprus it’s self is a lovely place, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you don’t mind the distance away from the lively atmosphere.

We stayed at the Theo Sunset Holiday Village for a Week in June on Bed & Breakfast Basis. Very large complex with a number of buildings making up the Village. Free Parking - and plenty of it - was our first observation upon arriving, whilst Location is on the Main E701 close to Coral Bay. Simple Check In procedure with Reception Staff friendly and helpful. Our Room was very spacious and furnished with everything we required with a decent Shower and supplied Shower Gel. Bed was Queen Size and Bedding very comfortable. Kettle, Hairdryer and Fridge were supplied although I found it unusual you had to pay an additional fee for a Security Box. Facilities were very good with plenty of Sunbeds and Parasols. There were three areas - Adults Only, General And Kiddies Pools - and Pool / Beach Towels were supplied - changeable every two days. Breakfast was Buffet Style with multiple choices to suit most Nationalities and Dietary Needs. Staff were plentiful and helpful and the Bar area served both food and drinks which were priced reasonably. Car and Bicycle Hire was available and excursions were also available. Very nice stay was enjoyed.

Myself, partner and 11 year old stayed on a B& B basis for 10 days. We arrived at 12:30 am and got a warm welcome. Overall we had a great holiday. The staff were great, it was a clan hotel. We had a junior room with sea view, room 719. The view was great. Junior suite not sure, was clean but seemed like a normal room you would get not the one seen in the pictures which were much larger. The cleaners were excellent. We had an issue with the bath tap running at the same time as the shower so made for a few inches of water when taking a shower. We did not report it as not a massive issue. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The location is a bit remote however we had a hire car so no issues. Food in the bar area was very good and prices reasonable. There is a nice cool indoor pool however there is a funky smell in there not sure what it was but not nice. The gym equipment seemed new now. Pool excellent, however if you don’t put your towels down by 7/7:30am you won’t get a bed, there is space for a few more so this might be considered by the hotel. Overall a nice stay, friendly service in a clean hotel.yes I would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were excellent the grounds were well kept and the food was great. The location was perfect for coral bay and the harbour the bus runs right outside the hotel every 10-15 mins each way. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future

The best hotel i stayed in my life . I had the best experience every year when I was there the food was great the staff the pool all the things was great. But the worst thing it was the life guard lady with short yellow hair she was so rude and not helpful and started shouting at ass Because we played volleyball please sun set if you see this fire her !
