Có một trải nghiệm nhận phòng không mấy dễ chịu khi nhân viên lễ tân nói với giọng thô lỗ rằng bạn phải trả tiền để nhận phòng trước giờ nhận phòng chính thức. okkkkkk…… Và trước đó, cô ấy hỏi theo cách lạnh lùng tương tự rằng tôi có đến đúng giờ đánh thức Copenhagen hay không. Ý tôi là: Chắc chắn phải có cách nào đó tử tế hơn để nói tất cả những điều này với khách của bạn

Cảnh đẹp và vị trí tốt, chỉ cách trạm xe buýt hai phút đi bộ và mất vài điểm dừng để đến trung tâm thành phố, nhưng kết nối wifi không ổn định.

place is alright. within bus ride or walking distance to key attractions and ikea

The place is clean and new but there are not a lot of amenities. Not even a kettle just for coffee or tea. You have to buy hot water downstairs at the cafe. The staff are friendly though, they always smile and very accommodating.

Overall a good experience, no thrills hotel. Room is very compact but does the job and the bed is comfy, Would recommend if on a budget

Close to the railway station, good option for an overnight in Copenhagen, but definitely overpriced for a 2* hotel

Room was considered a little small with two people and lugagges. Only basic amenities of shampoo and body soap provided with paper cups. But the location was great and the hotel was clean.

The location was great and staff were friendly. But the room was very small and the toilet was not cleaned properly. We requested for an early check in and they replied that they would try but we didn't get any when we arrived.

The two male receptionists at the night shift are fabulous. They are not only nice and helpful in giving grocery and money exchange information, but also very willing to share the Copenhagen culture with us. They are very friendly which has given us remarkable hospitality. The room is not big but very enough for 2 person, yet, the tidiness is satisfying with this price. The window outside is the road and sea, quiet and beautiful, very enjoyable living. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers, please prepare for yourself, given that the hotel price is really low compared to other options. Will definitely recommend to friends or family who wanna come visit Copenhagen.

Helpful friendly staff. Great location. Room was small but reflected fairly in the price. Only complaint would be lack of blankets and pillows.

This hotel was very well situated close to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. The room itself was small, but it was comfortable. The shower was tiny, but the water pressure and temperature were good. I like that I could store my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

I stayed for two nights and chose the hotel mainly because of the location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I know Copenhagen is an expensive city, but i did expect slightly more from my room. The room itself was tiny. The bed was under a window and there is a toilet cubicle in the room too. Once my case was opened, there was almost no room to get in or out of the bathroom . I am currently in another hotel in Stockholm for approximately the same cost and it is around three times as big with a sofa and sitting area. Feels like the company are simply trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into one building. I wouldn’t book again, even although it is in a good location and the staff were all lovely. Also, 95DKK for a cold breakfast (I realise it is continental, but there were NO hot items at all with 45 minutes of service to go) is very expensive.

Decent place to stay. Location was near the central station and right next to the river. Service was great, very helpful and prompt to answer our queries. Will stay here again if I ever come back.

This hotel is efficient check in, comfortable and has good breakfast.
