Location is okay, about 15mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is just a 7mins walk from the metro station. The receptionists are fantastic, friendly and efficient. The hotel offers guest a free drink everyday from 5-6pm. The aesthetic of the hotel and lobby is great. However, the room that I booked is a little small for 2 pax, and very old. The shower-head’s water pressure is low, and no rain showers too. I would advise you to stay here if you can book a bigger / newer room.

15 - 20min walk away from main attractions. There’s a lake in front of hotel that’s nice.  Hotel drop off point are stairs to go in, take note if you are taking heavy luggage. No aircon in hotel only fan that you can’t adjust speed.  Additional bed for kid charge at 300kr per night.  Family bicycle available for rent at 600kr per day.  Happy hour with free drink from 5-6 pm daily. Artistic interior and nice garden. Also creepy artwork on the wall.  Overall not bad experience, some staff are friendly some are not.

Professionally run boutique hotel.  Will return  to stay for its location. Room size for standard room is European standard.

Hotel design and location was superb. However, there is no aircon in the room. I came during summer and the room was so stuffy. Besides, the sink is way too small and the shower waterflow is too slow.

Beautiful Hotel, has everything you need inside the room which is not the standard in Europe! I will return to this hotel the next time I visit Copenhagen again. Hotel is  Walkable distance to downtown 15 minute , it can be challenging when it rains.

Very good, exactly what I was looking for in my ideal hotel. Old-fashioned architecture, simple and clean without losing the modern convenience. The staff were very nice and patient.

The room is nice and cozy but we had some trouble making the room warmer. Luckily the staff gave us this mechanical heater that needed to be plugged in. We enjoyed the whole stay and wil stay again

Welcome with supreme interiors design and decoration plus warm welcoming staffs. We’re more than happy with golden hour at hotel (free wine, beer, juice )during stay. There’re plenty chilling space in hotel . We definitely stay here again when visit CPH✨

Amazing stay, this was our second time here and can't wait for the next time. Staff are rally polite and friendly, room was immaculate.

I loved our stay there! The design, staff, cleanliness, location, and cozy hour in the lobby every evening made our trip to Copenhagen unforgettable and pleasant. The only drawback was the shower, but I assume this is a Scandinavian thing. I saw a lot of bathrooms like that during my trip to Norway last summer, so it wasn't a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Copenhagen.

Our daughter joined us and we needed to stay together. The hotel charged us 1000 krone per day and it was not expected. We had similar experience in London, UK and inside the USA but never required to extra because we had an option either a king size bed or two queen size bed, but the hotel requires extra payment.

Very welcoming staff. Close work to Norroport Station. Free drinks definitely a plus point.
