Kích thước phòng ổn nhưng không đủ ánh sáng. Không có máy sấy tóc trong phòng và ấm đun nước bẩn đến mức bạn sẽ không dám dùng để đun nước uống. Nhà vệ sinh có một số mùi lạ. Phòng không cách âm nên bất cứ khi nào hàng xóm của tôi mở cửa, tôi nghĩ họ đang cố mở cửa phòng tôi. Có một trạm xe buýt gần lối vào chính của khách sạn và cách ga trung tâm 10 phút đi bộ.

Great location just about 100 metres from Copenhagen Central Station. Clean premises, helpful staff. Only bigger disadvantage was bathroom we did not like (small, toilet and shower in the strange ‘box’ on max 1,5m2). But overall I can recommend the hotel.

The location was great but the room is very small and bathroom smell so bad its like 20years old hotel and there was no facilities at all like at all even for luggage u have to pay

Location was great. A few minutes walk to Copenhagen centre train and subway station. Room is small. My overall stay was great.

Ok for the price. You need to pay to store your luggage (6 hours for 60kr), which i find a bit weird. Staff was ok. Might not stay here again.

Hotel was located in a great spot. Unfortunately the toilet was very small, and the shower area was nearly none existing. After a system erro, the staff was very friendly and helped me and my partner to get an upgrade for free, which was very very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly

It was cheap and in a fairly good distance to city center. The room, however, was extremely small and the shower/wc all-in-one solution is a no go. Basically, you are taking a shower in your toilet. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I can recommend this place to a backpacker that does not need comfort but for us as a couple it was not the best option.

The hotel offers a fantastic central location and offers very affordable rates, making it an appealing choice for budget-conscious travelers. However, there were some drawbacks to the experience. The bathroom layout was quite cramped, with an enclosed shower that made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the hotel felt somewhat bare-bones, lacking essential supplies. The limited toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, and soap all combined into one, along with only two paper cups for coffee, gave the impression that the hotel was skimping on important amenities that enhance the guest experience. Moreover, the lighting in the room was harsh and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend upgrading to better quality bulbs for a more inviting atmosphere.

I guess it did the job, but be wary. We chose it because it was cheap, but you get paid exactly what you pay for. Rooms are tiny and not even heated.

Good: Front desk was polite, check-in was super smooth even at 1am. Location is great, 5min walking distance from the central station. Okay: Breakfast selection was okay, not a wide range of options and the same food every day. Bad: It was very obvious that it's a budget hotel. The room itself had many inconveniences - as other reviews have pointed out, the shower head is on the ceiling and tough to control; there is no ventilation in the toilet so smells/steam will go into your room. No bedside charging points. There is no central ceiling light to light the room, but instead many smaller lights scattered throughout the room with switches in different places which were hard to find. No in-room heating or air conditioning; you control the temperature by opening the window (and maybe generating steam using the hot shower water). Space - Room size is also quite small; their 2-bed room was just nice for myself as a solo traveller as I used the spare bed to put things, but 2 people would have a hard time staying there. Luggage storage is via paid lockers, luckily my schedule on my check-out day did not require me to use them.

All staff we met were friendly and professional. It was close to the main station and Tivoli gardens, and walkable to other sight seeing attractions. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a good choice of food and drinks and was reasonably priced, even discounted if you reserved the evening before.

Poor service. Staff is very rude. Room is dirty and lots of hair in the bathroom. It is so awful experience.
