Baseball Town Motel

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Went for grandson's 13th birthday. Had connecting rooms 201 & 202. Both were clean and comfortable. Although the suite was never really cool, we brought our fan and it worked out. The standard room's bathroom was really small. Soooo convenient to EVERYTHING. If you're going to stay in Cooperstown, this is the place. The manager, Ainsley, was very nice. He kept us up to date with reservation, check in, parking, et al. Even suggested some local places to eat most tourists don't know about. The place is literally within walking distance to everything.

The location could not be beat! The majority of the attractions were within walking distance so the car could remain in the parking lot that was included! The room was very clean when we arrived and the room was small but comfortable. The staff was great accommodating our late (8:00PM) arrival. Communication was great. The lack of elevators was not a problem but could be for some. Additionally, our room did not have a refrigerator nor were there sweeteners or cream for the Keurig that was provided. In fairness, we never asked if it could be provided so maybe they do. Overall, the price, location and cleanliness make me feel comfortable recommending this motel!

We had a great stay! The staff was really nice, including the housekeeper and the store staff. I believe it was the owner I spoke to in the store, and he recommended some really good restaurants. My only quip was that I had already paid when he realized I was staying at the hotel, and then he said I could have gotten a discount in the store. This should have been mentioned when I checked in. Otherwise we had a great time in room 1.

Not a problem for us, but if steps are a problem for you, it will be a challenge. The location is excellent for the HOF. Also within easy walking distance to several restaurants, and souvenir shops abound. The parking at the back of the building is definitely a plus as well, as spaces fill up fast for any street parking.

Convenient to Everything! The hotel was so convenient to everything & within walking distance to the HOF as well as good restaurants. The owners are super friendly as well as helpful. The bathroom was on the small side but still had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel!! This place is in the perfect location to visit the Hall of Fame and everything that goes with it, located above a nice little store that has something new everytime you go in and look. Ainsley is the manager and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, if not he did his best to make it as close to perfect that he could. I would recommend staying here to visit the little slice of heaven they call Cooperstown.

Literally less than 300 steps from your room to the Hall of Fame. In the center of it all. Parking is in the back; check in in the sports store was seamless. (If you arrive after 6, Ainsley, the manager, will make sure you're able to get in). Highly recommend. you can walk to anywhere on Main Street.

Very convient location to Main St and Baseball Hall of Fame

great location
