Terra Terra - Masseria Minunni

Masseria Minnuni is a delightful, authentic stay in an agricultural area close to Conversano and Polignano al Mare (for beaches and grottoes). The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, the breakfasts are outstanding (local produce, fresh, delicious and generous- see photo) and the host/owner Francesco is possibly the best host I’ve ever encountered. His local knowledge and love for Puglia food means you are in the best hands- no matter what you want to do. He can recommend restaurants, sightseeing and even alternative routes to avoid roadworks! He’s fantastic.

Francesca is a wonderful host and his Masseria made our trip to Puglia truly special. Close to Conversano and within easy reach of most of Puglia’s special places, this is a great place to base oneself. Just a short trip to Polignano, the blue sea beaches of Capitolo and Monopoli there was little more we could want. And oh, beautiful breakfasts in his lovely garden.

Our arrival started with a warm and friendly welcome from Francesco, the owner, with a local drink and some appetizers. He gave us some explanation on where we would have breakfast, some information about town, asked us about our trip and went to show us our rooms. Lovely and clean rooms! Francesco helped us to pick some restaurants and made reservations for us, which were all great and I do recommend them. We had a lovely breakfast every day with nice warm croissants, a lot of fruit, coffee, fresh orange juice, ... whatever we asked for! The location is great, not too far from town but far enough to have a quiet surrounding. If you need a place to stay, this is where you need to be! A calm environment, lovely garden, pool, nice and clean rooms, and lovely people!

The moment we arrived Francesco and Stella made us feel at home. Francesco was so kind and accommodating, he recommended places to visit and restaurants and cafes to eat for dinner and coffee & gelato, his advice was invaluable and contributed greatly to make our holiday a fantastic one, for which we are very grateful. Terra Terra is a beautiful place to relax, just close enough to town so you can cycle on one of the free bikes, but far enough away to relax by the pool with only the chatter of cicadas breaking the silence. Breakfast is a treat with a wide menu of local fresh treats. If you're travelling around Puglia I can't recommend Terra Terra enough, Francesco and Stella are so kind and cannot do enough to help, nothing is forced, they do it because they enjoy people and it shows through the previous reviews of people who have been here. Thank you Francesco and Stella for everything you did for us, we really appreciate it.

A fantastic place perfectly run by Francesco who is keen on making you feel at home. Everything was perfect. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and well kept. The pool is spacious and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Bravo Francesco. Keep it up!

La gentil y absoluta disponibilidad del propietario para hacer muy grata la estancia; el delicioso y abundante desayuno incluido en el precio de la habitación; la tranquilidad del espacio para disfrutar la belleza de la naturaleza.

Cosa dire....tutto perfetto ! Dalla location, alla posizione strategica per visitare i luoghi della valle d'Itria o per andare al mare, alla colazione sempre varia ed abbondante. Ma non possiamo non menzionare la simpatia e la cordialità dei padroni di casa, sempre pronti a darci consigli e suggerimenti preziosi. P.s. grazie Francesco per il tifo che hai fatto per nostra figlia !!!

La masseria si trova a Conversano, poco distante dai luoghi di maggiore interesse della zona. É stata una splendida esperienza. Camera spaziosa ed estremamente pulita. Colazione abbondante, si può fare sotto uno splendido pergolato, consiglio di scegliere il dolce del giorno! Eccezionale Gli spazi comuni sono tenuti perfettamente, si nota in ogni caso l’attenzione al dettaglio, dall’angolo piscina al parco intorno alla masseria. Cinque stelle per il posto, sei stelle per i proprietari Stella e Francesco! Persone a dir poco deliziose, pronte a suggerirci posti da visitare, esperienze da fare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Seguite i loro consigli, non ve ne pentirete!!

Non basterebbe una recensione per esprimere la gratitudine e per complimentarsi con gli Host Francesco e Stella per la splendida esperienza che ti offrono durante il soggiorno nella loro Masseria. La Masseria Terra Terra non è solo un luogo dove dormire ma un'esperienza dei sensi e una immersione nella cultura e nella tradizione pugliese. Un luogo così bello ed accogliente che fatichi ad andare via. Pulizia impeccabile, colazione ricchissima, stanza dotata di ogni confort e una piscina meravigliosa immersa tra gli ulivi. Il luogo perfetto per riposare e rigenerarsi ma a due passi dalla movimentata Polignano. Ma la chicca della Masseria sono gli Host che con la loro calda accoglienza ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia. Complimenti anche allo staff. Torneremo di sicuro!
