Can’t recommend this hotel enough Excellent location very close to an amazing huge beach Great pool with loads of sunbeds and lounging beds The staff were excellent and upgraded us from a room to an apartment to accommodate our little one The buffet breakfast catered for everyone and included Cava!

Amazing hotel on the beach front in Conil. It was pretty busy when we were there although still plenty of sunbeds available. Free parking available on the street by the seafront (at the back of the hotel) otherwise they have a chargeable car park. The rooms are a good size with a fridge but no kettle. Bathrooms lovely with contemporary stone sink and very good shower. Pool really nice although downside is that it doesn’t open until 10am which is a bit late (particularly if you like an early morning swim). Breakfast good although for saying we’re in the heart of orange country, the orange juice was shockingly bad! Short walk along the seafront to Conil old town.

Amazing hotel close to the town centre and the atmosphere is really chilled really nice for couples getaway as well as a family holiday. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful and can give advice on where to eat. There is no reason to be bored as there is plenty to do and see.

Very nice staff. Always friendly and helping out. Hotel view is amazing. Food was also Good and Tasty, there is food for every taste. Bingo at the Pool was always fun and Entertaining. Also nice Music

Very nice and clean Hotel with an awesome view. The Staff was the best we ever had in every area (Reception,bar …) The Food was very delicious and changeable. Walk to the Beach in 3 minutes. Absolute recommendation!

Amazing stay with a lovely surroundings and great location close to the beach and centre. Great service by the pool. Very good range of choice for breakfast. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with a small terrace.

We stayed in this hotel 17 years ago. Hotel is very much the same however has been updated since becoming a Fergus hotel. Staff were all lovely however speak very limited English. We got by but should learn the basics. We stayed in a new standard room which was a bit cramped for a family of 4. Could have done with a bit more room. Pool is good. Wee bit chilly on entering but fine once your in. Quite deep for the kids but lifeguard there all the time. The hotel is positioned just 5 minutes walk to the amazing beech and 5 minutes to the lovely Old Spanish Town. Great base for exploring the local area. Hire car is required. Parking in the hotel is chargeable but can easily park on the street outside for free. We love this area and will certainly be back!

Very nice Personal, the hotel is very nice and it was clean. The view over the ocean looks so nice! The Food is very very delicious! The Pool area is so nice, you Van realy relax there. We will Come back!

(English version below) Elegimos el hotel Fergus Conil Park con la intención de pasar 4 días agradables en los que olvidarnos de los problemas de los últimos tiempos. Con esta intención reservamos una habitación con jacuzzi y vistas al mar, decidiendo por una vez no mirar el precio de lo que pagábamos. Lamentablemente lo único que encontramos fue más problemas y muy poco del relax que queríamos/necesitábamos. Rara vez hago comentarios negativos de una instalación, pero en esta ocasión me veo en la obligación de hacerlo para evitarle a otros consumidores los mismos problemas que nos encontramos nosotros. Hicimos la reserva directamente en la web del hotel, confiando en las fotografías que ofrecen de las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos al mismo, en lugar de recibir una habitación con una clara vista del mar, lo que se nos dio fue una con un edificio en medio y en la que se veía “un poco” el mar (la expresión no es mía, sino del personal de recepción cuando protestamos). Este problema al menos pudo ser solventado y se nos dio el tipo de habitación que habíamos reservado. Para cualquiera que se encuentre el mismo problema, le aconsejo que proteste. El precio de una habitación no puede ser ni de broma el mismo que el de la otra. Con el cambio de habitación nos encontramos con el problema más grave, pues descubrimos con sorpresa que se nos había dado una habitación cuyo cuarto de baño no había sido higienizado, encontrándose el WC con manchas de uso del anterior huésped. Pedimos de nuevo cambio de habitación y se nos informó de que no había ninguna libre. Pedimos por tanto que la limpiaran en profundidad inmediatamente y nos dijeron que irían cuando pudieran. Prisa no hubo. Como cualquiera puede imaginar a estas alturas, nuestro primer día de vacaciones había sido bastante frustrante, así que informamos al hotel de que queríamos alargar un día nuestra estancia como compensación. Nos dijeron que sin problema, que sólo teníamos que pagar los 400 y pico euros que valía la noche. Preguntamos si el hotel no pensaba asumir ningún tipo de responsabilidad por el grave fallo de sanidad que habían cometido y nos estuvieron mareando dos días con un mercadeo de “reservad una habitación normal y hacéis un upgrade” o “un descuento del 20% en la noche extra”, esto haciéndonos ir varias veces a recepción y con comentarios del tipo “bueno, lo de la limpieza ya no ha vuelto a ocurrir, no?”. En este momento decidimos que habíamos llegado al límite. Como dije al principio, en lugar de disfrutar de las vacaciones, nuestra estancia se había convertido en una reclamación continua donde tengo la impresión de que el hotel pensaba que estábamos usando la técnica de la mosca en la sopa para obtener comida gratis, cuando lo único que queríamos era aquello por lo que habíamos pagado. Así que cancelamos nuestra estancia y rellenamos el libro de reclamaciones, yéndonos a un hotel cercano, donde sí que pudimos disfrutar de los dos días que nos quedaban. Una vez rellenado el libro d
