Vista Lago di Como

This place is like heaven. Food is extraordinary and the service is outstanding, but the concierge Alberto is the best. He tailor made 2 days of our both lake and train excursions. We felt like at home. We will surely return to this place in the near future

This hotel and its staff are magnificent. Part of the SLH group our expectations were high and not to be disappointed. We arrived by car from Florence and were greeted by Alberto the hotel concierge/butler who was most welcoming. The room we were given (200) was a Premium King room with a most spacious and beautifully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a pillow menu to choose a selection to suit. The bathroom was large with a great shower and luxurious bath. We were given many welcome treats and my wife had a birthday for which the hotel gave a beautiful cake and special wishes. The hotel is well positioned to explore the Como area right near the ferry terminal, and easy walk to all of the Como shops and restaurants. We took a tour offered by the hotel to visit Bellano and some of the less common tourist sights, Alberto accompanied us and was our guide and we had a very luxurious chauffeur. We visited the Carozzi cheese factory which was a highlight. We stayed four nights and every moment we were made to feel like important guests. We dined at the Sottovoce restaurant which was definitely worthy of its Michelin star, and the best meal we have had in over 3 weeks of traveling. Would recommend this hotel as 5+ stars Luxe, remembering that it is a small hotel and does not have facilities that might be expected in a large 5* hotel. Would come back to stay if returning to Como. Thanks to all the beautiful staff at Vista Palazzo Lago di Como.

We had an amazing time ending our trip in Lake Como at the Vista Hotel! The staff was amazing and hospitable, and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met. They organized everything we needed, and everything went smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful and the morning breakfast with that balcony view of the Lake Como was definitely one of our favorite things! Will definitely be back! Thanks Alberto & Team!

The spacious rooms were wonderful at the Vista but what stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff including the girls at the front desk! The one person who stood above an already awesome group was the head concierge Alberto! He went out of this way to help us correct some logistics issues as well as arrange a great boat tour up to Menaggio for our next hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel for these reasons!

The Hotel ,our room were awesome and most importantly was your staff . Alberto is one of a kind and i travel a lot and have never ran into the professionalism of him and the other girls at the desk . A Great Hotel with friendly staff and ideal location at Lake Como. The rooms were lovely. The roof bar was very cosey with a magnificent view of Lake Como. It was easy to step out of the hotel and walk along the lake or stop and have a nice drink or meal at the many restaurants,
