Resort Cordial Santa Águeda & Perchel Beach Club

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The place is spotless and the staff are all so lovely. Every room has a TV with Netflix prime and YouTube ect. WiFi is very good in the rooms and the kitchen has everything you need except an oven but that didn't bother us. Beds are very comfy Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels everyday if beds needed changed you just have to ask the cleaners and it's no problem to them,Monica is a wee gem. Dishwasher tablets and wash pods are supplied also which is great The hotel is abit out of the way from all the hustle n bustle but you can get a bus or taxi into neighbouring towns like Puerto Rico ect and some lovely wee food spots down at the sea front. Spar onsite is great for all your needs and have a lovely wee deli and crepe station which is delicious. They're is also a hyperdino supermarket 10mins walk from the hotel Pools are great and lifeguard at them at all times and plenty of sunbeds to do everyone. There is an infinity pool and baby pool on the rooftop of the classic apartments and over at the beach club which is stunning has a large infinity pool, a splash park, a small park and 2 big chess boards. Food n drinks there are beautiful. I will defo return to this resort.

We stayed here as a family of four (2 teenage daughters) in a standard room and we absolutely loved it! Surprised how big and spacious the rooms were, I would suggest extra hooks to hang towels after a shower as there is only 1 in each bathroom and ironing facilities. The Percel Beach Club was heaven, very chilled and beautiful. Best to get there for 11am when it opens to get the sun loungers you like as a lot are reserved for paying customers. You can always use the other pool if no loungers left or even the loungers outside your room, depending where it is. The Spar has all the basics you need. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the restaurants (two fussy eaters) so we went to Mogán Mall in Puerto Rico most evenings as they loved the shopping centre and plenty of places to eat, even McDonalds. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and want to say thank you for making our holiday wonderful!

Absolutely amazing place. Gorgeous apartments. We stayed in a Deluxe and weren't sure about paying the extra for the private pool. But it did not disappoint! Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The beds are probably the most comfortable I've ever slept on and the bedrooms are full of storage and space. Massive TVs in lounge and bedrooms. All facilities are brilliant. My only small gripe would be the lack of an oven and a lack of instructions for the kitchen appliances. But that's a very very small issue. Staff all very happy and helpful and the spar was incredible. Went to the Beach club once (pool club really). It was almost too good. We were treated like celebrities! So comfortable and an exceptional pool. Staff again... Brilliant. The local town is lush too. You have to walk past a very very smelly building which I assume is a sewerage treatment works. Just hold your breath! But once in town... Wow. Gorgeous beaches and insanely good restaurants. 'Taste' was our favourite. Very high quality and good value. Good supermarkets too. Go into the frozen foods one nearest the resort... It's like a pick n mix of beautiful sea food! Got a taxi boat from the town harbour to Puerto Rico (which is nowhere near as nice as Arguineguin) and then went dolphin sightseeing. Saw hundreds. Also went snorkelling from the black sand beach in Arguineguin. Saw lots of colourful fish. I cannot recommend this resort or town enough. Best holiday we've ever had. Some people don't like the cement factory. It's there. But really not an issue. Unless you're the sort of person who actively seeks out negatives. Definitely choose Resort Cordial. Although get ready for the gut wrenching sadness of leaving it behind. It's worth noting I rarely write reviews like this. I never gush like this. But it really was beautiful. We all had an incredible time. Two of us plus our 13 and 17 year old kids.
