We have returned from this holiday. And overall was disappointed with the stay. I don’t normally write reviews but I wish had read more before we booked so her goes the good and bad Good - the hotel it’s self is lovely, clean we had a massive room, air con works brilliant - pool bar food easy and simple chips, hamburger hotdog perfect for kids -the other outside delicious food served until 3.30pm garlic bread is divine - the spa lovely I had a massage mila was outstanding at it. Bad - this hotel only had about 20 % English, me and my husband love to make friends but unfortunately most were Spanish or German. - only allowed 2 drinks a time at outside bar and must be dry or won’t serve you - breakfast I worn a dress shirt over my bikini but was told it was too short but when I looked around people had shorter ones on than me… - rude people that push in and have no consideration for children. My girl was sat with her chair not fully tucked under the table and I a very rude German lady came over and said you English.. pushed my daughters chair in and tutted. I said she’s 6… she said you teach her stupid wife 🫣 she was drunk rude and bad mannered. Luckily I didn’t let it spoil my holiday. If you’re an English family just be careful as I think you get targeted. The taxi man said it’s not English season yet?!? So maybe that could have been a factor. But when everyone has paid the same you except the same respect.

Came here for a week starting from Friday 13th, and yes it was a horror show. We got there at night, and the following day my friend slipped over in the hotel room, as the floors were slippy, he was just wearing socks but even with my sliders on it was still slippy. He fell onto the low coffee table, on top of a glass which stabbed him in the back of his knee. Blood was pouring out and he couldn't stand, I called an ambulance which took around half hour to arrive. They arrived to the room with the manager who let herself in. She showed no concern or sympathy, just spoke to the paramedics in Spanish, not telling us what was going on, then claimed we don't have insurance and wanted €600, even after showing the insurance documents. We kept asking if they could Speak/translate into English, but they just ignored us and sounded aggressive, so I began recording, which made them all stop talking, and then suddenly the insurance was valid and took my friend to a public hospital. We don't know what the paramedics said to the hospital, but they stripped him naked and left him on a trolley in the hallway for everyone to see, with no blanket, confiscated his phone, tried to get him to sign something without any English translation, no English speaking staff, they were all rude and aggressive, and he didn't know what was going on, so he had to discharge himself just to get his phone back. I wasn't even allowed to go to the hospital. I cleaned up all the blood, and then a few hours later another manager rudely let himself in the room with a cleaner, no explanation, just started spraying and mopping around and then left. Then on the Monday, the same manager let himself in again with a Jet2 rep, and we were given a written warning for being "aggressive" and recording, which literally added insult to injury. We spent a couple of days trying to get medical treatment, but the health services there are abysmal, and people are just so rude. We booked flights back on Tuesday and checked out 3 days early. Apart from that experience, the hotel itself was abysmal, not for anyone under 60, it felt like a strict care home, with rude staff and managers who just enter your room whenever they want, care home food, mouldy showers and pillows, stains on the sheets, noisy air conditioning which barely did anything, and noisy ceiling fans. My friend was the only black person there, which I think played a part in the room we were given and the treatment from all the staff/management/paramedics. Even guests stared like they've never seen a black person before. So if you're white, have low standards, like bland food and want to experience what it will be like living in a care home then this is the place for you.

Just returned from 10 nights at the bull eugenia and nothing negative to say at all about it,our flight was late and didn't arrive at hotel till 1am,a cold buffet was left for us and at that time check in took 5 minutes. Rooms are clean,beds comfortable shower hot and powerful,towels changed every other day and room cleaned daily. Plenty of sunbeds and even though I saw people going out at 5am in the dark bagging their favoured spots always managed to find one. plenty of smoking areas and pools to take a dip,I never found the bars too busy and the bar staff were great, the 2 drink rule is per visit per person and is not a bad idea,cuts down on waste,never saw tablets full of half full glasses of wasted drinks the staff were round cleaning constantly and very friendly. The spa is a real bonus,used the dead sea pool every day followed by a sauna,cold shower and jacuzzi,lockers are available and adults only after 12 o'clock,you can sunbathe on the roof of the hotel and even let it all hang out in the private area up there. The food is great with loads of choice, plenty of toasting machines,coffee machines and a bar for fresh orange or wines. The entertainment was just ok and the kids entertainment sounded fun for them, we tended to go out of hotel for livelier entertainment.it is probably 70 % retired generation.we didn't use the daily entertainment so can't comment on that. Overall a great hotel with very happy hardworking staff. Our checkout was 11am but the transfer wasn't until 7pm and we got to keep our a i wristbands on until we left,bonus. Tip: don't use the fire stairs,the door only opens from the inside and I was stuck out there for 15 minutes 😖
