Every detail was flawless. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience. I’m already looking forward to returning.

The staff was excellent. Isabel that works at Terra was amazing. Isabel took great care of me when I visited the Terra restaurant. The Regis Mallorca was amazing. Everything is beyond me expectations. 5 stars to the staff especially Christina the butler and Isabel at restaurant Terra. Highly recommend this property. Don the bartender was amazing he was great.

Don’t bother coming if you would like customer service. Horrible horrible horrible. Still waiting for a call from the manager that was requested and I’ll probably never get. Our children were treated poorly by the staff who told us it was an adult resort (then you shouldn’t allow families). Honestly this hotel ruined our entire vacation and was the thing we were looking forward to the most. Would never return. The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere in the world and we travel a lot. For the money - go somewhere else. Anywhere is better …

We attended a multiday event at the St. Regis in hot-hot-hot July. Outstanding service, excellent, beautiful food, stunning grounds. Incredible brunch. Well maintained. Loved the guard at the gate! Event room was excellent. Negatives: Bar was understaffed, so they insisted on receiving payment for drinks immediately. I ordered a ginger ale and immediately received a billfold requiring payment of 9 euros. Didn't seem to match the upscale environment. Business/guest parking was not up to par. Not enough spots to get in/out easily.

Incredible resort, just don’t lose anything while you’re there. We stayed at the St. Regis in June with our two young kids. The pools and the amenities were very nice. We did hear a couple next to us at breakfast who found some bugs swimming in their orange juice one morning. And one day at the pool, some German tourists who were very drunk made a big scene and threw their friend into the pool - chair and all. But they handled both of those things immediately. My issue comes from the lack of a lost and found process. Within an hour of arriving, my son lost his hat down by the children’s area. Barely thinking anything of it, we were certain it would turn up at some point. We checked with the front desk a few times, walked all over looking for it, but nothing — never turned up. The REAL PROBLEM, occurred a few nights into our stay when our daughters most prized possession (and one of ours too), the blanket she’s had since birth, somehow must have gotten taken away with the sheets. I went to the concierge immediately in the middle of the night after we’d torn the room apart looking for it for my inconsolable child. They registered our request and we went to bed again thinking it had to turn up — “who would throw something like that away?” We thought. But nothing. I had to email the concierge daily to get updates. I offered a reward. I asked to be put in touch with the laundry company who handles their linens — nothing, just a “we’ll let you know if we find it” over and over again. It’s been over a month and I write this in the middle of the night thinking about all the memories we had with our daughter and her “lovie” blanket. How we’d planned on framing it one day and giving it to her as an adult. How when she gets really upset, like she did earlier today, she still begs for “lovie” wishing she had “her” to help her soothe herself. It was a mistake to take it with us on the trip, but damn if the staff at the St. Regis didn’t seem to care less about it.

We have just returned from the most wonderful week at the St Regis Mardavall. Our expectations were high, and on pretty much everything they were surpassed. From day one of booking, the concierge team were responsive and helpful in adding extras such as children's car seats to our transfer. On arrival the little details made all the difference - two strong chaps in the baggage reclaim to carry our cases to the car and the smoothest transfer we've ever had. Our daughter was greeted with a gift bag and a rose at reception which gave us the perfect distraction time to check in before being escorted up to our incredible two bed suite which felt like we had our own mini villa in the hotel. Beautiful layout, thoughtful details such as a kids dressing gown, fruit, cakes and a bottle of fizz. Incredibly comfy beds, great showers and baths and plenty of space. The main pool is beautiful with great lifeguards setting up sun beds, but also keenly watching kids and quick to help when our daughter slipped and bashed her head, and fantastically attentive waiting staff bringing drinks and snacks/lunch to the poolside. Spa is wonderful - sadly didn't spend enough time there, but the massages were heavenly and the setting very tranquil. The kids club deserves a huge mention and great praise. Despite being small, it is perfectly equipped with the two shallow pools, fountains etc, and the cool playroom with more toys and activities on the go than my daughter could contend with - but without a doubt, the staff here were the best selling point. The three we encountered, Angela, Marta and Bastian (Mr Duck), were incredibly kind, creative, warm and fun and really looked after our (almost 4 year old) outgoing but nervous daughter. She spent several hours a day there, giving her lots of fun, and us some downtime to enjoy the pool, and Mar Sea Club - which was spectacular. Food and drink were great and the staff in all restaurants are excellent - the warm welcome from Ramona at all times was much appreciated! Mar is a wonderful restaurant with the best views in the house, super cocktails and a delicious menu. I could eat the ceviche every day! Breakfast as outstanding as we have had anywhere and Terra was brilliant for every day dining, along with some super flexible and accommodating room service. Despite some comments contradicting this, there is a beach below the hotel which can be accessed using your key card - it is public and small and stony, but on a quiet morning a nice place to have a splash, or head off on a boat excursion. All in all, our stay exceeded all expectations. It was an expensive holiday, but worth it. The staff were particularly exceptional and the setting and grounds immaculate.
