Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

The first impression of the hotel is tidy. It is obvious that the grounds are well looked after. There is ample parking and there are many rooms. It is deceptively large. Everywhere gave an impression of being looked after. The staf were friendly, professional and useful.

I chose this venue for location and a good cooked breakfast. All this was achieved plus a good night`s sleep - but I had to request a room change as the heater was inoperate and it was unseasonably cold. The card locks were a nightmare; I was in an annexe which meant two doors to access via key card. The locks ( both of them) were temperamental to the point of sheer exasperation. How Lenny Henry ever got into his room is one of life`s mysteries! It would have been made easier id the manager Jake had actually apolgised on behalf of Premier Inn for these issues - but he chose not to. Why? The restaurant manager was wonderful by comparison, freindly, helpful and a real treat to meet.

Stayed here as a base while visiting the area for my Mum's 80th birthday. Just what we needed. Good sized comfortable rooms, great location and friendly staff. Thanks in particular to Daniel and Kay on reception and Gail in the restaurant. Would stay here again.

The hotel needs renovation, the carpets are dirty and smells. It’s not worth the money at all, looks like a BnB

We wanted to visit Conwy. The hotel is just a few minutes drive from Conwy, just off the main road. The room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful

Hotel convenient to where I was intending to go the next day. Great price for a one night stay. Great location with large parking spaces. A chain I use on a regular basis so I knew what to expect in relation to room and facilities. Great friendly staff great location for travellers and lots to do on doorstep if looking for a family holiday. Would be happy to stay here if I needed to do again.

Room was in need of a refurbishment as rust under taps, towel rail soap dispenser was rusty and looked very unhygienic. Toilet seat was 3 sizes too small it just covered the inside of toilet pan. Curtains falling in the middle as it was missing runners. Hair in sink and on bath. Not the cleanest of places and looked so tired. Won’t be going here again.

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the hotel. Excellent cleanliness of rooms and a very comfortable bed!
