Hilton Garden Inn Columbia

Major renovations needed rooms were so old looking wall paper was peeling off wall and I had ants. House keeping called them self cleaning room but didn’t change sheets only made bed. I know because tissue I used the night before was in between sheets.

Place in desperate needed of updated renovation especially the rooms. I had ants in the room. Also room service never changed my sheets they just made the bed with same sheets .

Nice location close to Dunkin and Starbucks, room was very humid couldn’t control thermostat in room. No blanket provided just fitted sheet. I’d probably not stay here again

Hotel was clean. Dining options in walking distance of hotel. Pool was small, but adequate. Hot tub. Coffee in lobby in morning available for guests.

The property was clean and the staff was nice, I didn’t like the fact that my phone in my room on the desk did not work

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs a few upgrades which the staff had already mentioned was in the works. Would stay there again.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean. They were very accommodating to my special needs daughter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was decent, could use some updating. The breakfast buffet was not worth the $12.00 per person. The hotel seemed to draw a younger party crowd which were loud and obnoxious. We needed our rest for an early event the following day, so I called the front desk and complained about the noise and slamming doors, they did not seem too concerned. When they came to speak with the party room, they did not tell them to keep the noise down!! As a matter of fact, the person working the desk was friends with the obvious group! Nothing was done and we barely got any sleep. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.
