This space is very private with a secluded patio that overlooks a red rock formation and is likely to provide some great wildlife viewing. Since then the private apartment attached to the back of the home has built and beautifully remodeled for your comfort. We have tried to anticipate the needs of our guest to make this the most enjoyable visit you have ever had to the Springs! The additional rooms have small fans for added circulation. -baseboard heating is present in all the rooms. There is a thermostat in the main living space to control the temperature at your leisure. -No covered parking available Bikes can be kept on location Colorado Weather: We are excited for you to enjoy our 360 days of sunshine, but the mountains make things very unpredictable! In the summer, please prepare for possible afternoon showers. In the winter, please prepare for possible snow fall, but don't worry it usually melts quickly!
