This hotel is incredible! The rooms are beautiful. The views of Lake Como are amazing. The food is exceptional. The location is so quiet and removed from throngs of tourists. The staff is so kind, generous and helpful! Chef Paulo, Anissa, Niko, Luca, and Orietta are the best! They made our stay unforgettable. We are so grateful to them for making our visit so very special.

The hotel is quiet and perfect for exploring the Prosecco Hills. It has a wonderful pool and rooms are extremely comfortable. We also had a new kitchen within the apartment. The best thing about it are the staff who were excellent, kind and were available to help with any small problem. There is currently some expansion building work going on but we found it did not disturb us at all despite having a room opposite.

What a wonderful hotel. I cannot fault it, will definitely be visiting again. It’s perfectly placed on Como with fantastic views.
The chef is simply amazing and we had one of the nicest meals in a beautiful setting.

Charming place up on a hill that you need to access with a golf mini car
Rooms are very well decorated and place is very cosy
Staff is super nice and always happy to help
Small minus : not a lot of choice at the restaurant if you don’t eat meat or are veggie - still they can cook something out of the menu for you
Lastly hotel is situated at the beginning of the Como greenway which allows a nice walk alongside Como lake

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The unique property (which requires/includes a fun ride in a golf cart for transporting your luggage) is only 7 months old so everything is new and modern. The views of Lake Como overall and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Chef Alessandro is super talented - - so much so - we chose to eat dinner at the hotel every night during our stay which is not something we’d normally ever do! Each night was a 5-star dining experience. The breakfast was also very good and the morning lake view from the dining room was spectacular. The staff were super friendly. We especially loved Diego, Colin and Giada. We felt like family there! Note: There is not much of a traditional town in Colonno - although the Greenway starts there which we highly recommend walking along to see many beautiful sights) and no ferry or bus service (in the off season of Oct) so having a car is super recommended in order to drive to the other Lake Como towns or take ferries across the lake.

Excellent modern accomodation with beautiful views of Lake Como from our large room. Comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner was excellent.

Beautiful, intimate hotel with gorgeous views and a gorgeous pool! Right on the Greenway walking path. Would stay there again and highly recommend it!
