Não tem garagem, atendimento na recepção, parece q você é quem deve atenção a elas! Elevador desligado. Hotel vazio e nos deram acomodação no segundo piso, ridículo. Longe do centro. Nada de spa disponível. Não recomendo! Bem mal conservado, deve ter ficado sem atenção alguma durante a pandemia! Não vale a pena!!!! Não venho mais aqui

Lo peor la piscina, cómo entre salí, el agua turbia, se veía suciedad en el agua, desagradable. En la habitación una paloma estuvo cantado toda la noche y la mañana que parecía que estaba dentro de la habitación. Además estábamos en un segundo piso y no funciona el ascensor, no se como hacen con las personas que se les dificulta subir escaleras. En la ducha deberían poner salir un poco más de agua, tres chorritos locos era lo que había. El desayuno muy bien y un crac el muchacho que lo prepara. La televisión pocos canales, no funcionaba los canales básicos de Montevideo. Los colchones buenos pero pedí cama matrimonial y juntaron dos camas. La atención en recepción podrían ser un poco más simpáticas, sin mucha onda. Pero bueno tengamos en cuenta que qué es un hotel barato, exceptuando lo de la piscina lo demás es aceptable.

Buena calidad precio. La atención es muy agradable, el hotel es muy lindo en diseño, sin embargo le falta mantenimiento. De todas formas, la excelente atención, la calidad del desayuno y el precio económico hizo que la estadía fuese muy linda. P.d: La temperatura del agua de la piscina estaba un poco fría.

Nos quedamos 2 noches, nos nos dieron la habitación que nos correspondía. El hotel se ve que ennsu momento debio ser bueno, ahora esta con notoria falta de mantenimiento. La cama es cómoda pero solo te dan 2 almohadas, no hay toalla piso baño. Muy ruidoso, se siente todo. El desayuno es correcto y con buena atención del personal. Recepción muy floja de personal en cantidad y calidad, nunca atienden teléfono. Hay muchas alternativas mejores en Colonia.

Fuimos un finde en julio 2021 para descansar , lo que más nos interesaba era la piscina climatizada,ya que es un hotel spa . Estaba fria ,solo turnos 30 min , nada de lo quefiguraba en la reserva estaba disponible . La verdad es muy caro solo por dormir . No lo recomiendo.
